Sharon gives the correct explanation as to why the dead baby was transferred to "another terrorist group:" So that Hamas can claim the death wasn't their doing.

And the family with the 10 month old baby that Hamas claimed they had transferred to another group is reported dead. pretty sure that's the way they were when they were transferred so Hamas avoided being to blame. Of course, they wouldn't be dead if they weren't abducted in the first place.

Per the felony murder rule employed all over the world, if a death occurs during the commission of a felony, it's murder, even if not explicitly intended.

They Just Want to Breathe (TM).

"The hostages were beaten with sticks as they were abducted," while "many of them had bleeding wounds" when Hamas finally released them, the Yeshiva World reported Tuesday.

Among those beaten was 12-year-old Israeli-French dual citizen Eitan Yahalomi, the Times of Israel reported. Yahalomi's aunt told a French broadcaster that Hamas "monsters" and other Gazans "beat him" when the terrorists first took him to Gaza. Hamas then forced the boy to watch videos of its Oct. 7 massacre and threatened him and other children "with rifles to shut them up," Yahalomi's aunt said.

A medical official told the Israeli newspaper Maariv that the released hostages arrived in hospitals "suffering from malnutrition and electrolyte imbalances," according to the World. "Some have substantial weight loss, sensitivity to light, and instinctively talk in whispers," the Times reported.

Hamas appears to have forced "released hostages to perform scripted acts" while handing them over to the Red Cross, an effort that the World described as the terrorists' attempt to convince outsiders "that they're really the good guys." That attempt has worked with some left-wing Americans, the Washington Free Beacon has documented in recent months. Government officials, powerful think tanks, and university students and professors have all defended Hamas and promoted anti-Semitism following the terror attack on the Jewish state.

Nine Americans are still being held hostage by Hamas. The only American released, a 4-year-old girl, just happened to be the niece of a Democrat donor who bought Hunter Biden's "watercolor artworks."

The Biden Administration is doing its best to help Gazans "breathe" by imposing new restrictions on Israel.

The U.S. is asking Israel to take greater care to protect civilians and limit damage to infrastructure in any offensive in southern Gaza, senior U.S. officials said, in what amounts to a more forthright approach to protecting Palestinians.

The move represents a distinct shift in Biden administration policy after strong domestic and international criticism. It comes a month after the White House said it had set no "red lines" for Israel's response to Hamas's Oct. 7 attacks that killed 1,200.

The Israeli offensive in northern Gaza has proven devastating, with over 15,000 Palestinians killed, disease rampant and vast numbers of survivors left homeless and forced to flee south by a relentless bombing campaign and a lack of essentials such as food, power and water.

Reuters continues pushing Hamas propaganda about casualties, not even admitting the number comes from Hamas.

As Israel begins to look toward south Gaza to continue battling Hamas militants after a pause in fighting to release hostages, U.S. officials said they have been talking to the Israelis about taking greater care in the south, where there were now about 2 million people.

Speaking of Gazans supposedly not being able to "breathe" due to the non-occupation by Israel:

That's a line that Hamas has been pushing since the slaughter -- that they had to kill Jews, because Israel, by not letting these terrorists into their country to kill more Israelis, was preventing them from "breathing."

It just occurred to me -- forgive me for being slow on the uptake -- that this is an attempt to inflame American blacks against Israel, by equating Gazans' purported inability to "breathe" with George Floyd's death due to fentanyl overdose.

And, of course, it's working.

Teachers at a New York City high school said Monday that they don't feel safe in the aftermath of an anti-Semitic riot that broke out at the school.

Faculty told New York City Schools chancellor David Banks in a closed-door meeting that they were concerned for their well-being after students rioted in the hallways of Hillcrest High School in Queens on Nov. 20, an unnamed source told the New York Post. The riot broke out after students learned that a Jewish teacher at the school had attended a pro-Israel rally and posted about it on social media.

Hundreds of students rallied in the hallways of the school while waving Palestinian flags, tearing a water fountain from the wall in the process, as the teacher hid in a locked office. Students had made a group chat to expose the teacher and plan their demonstration, the Post reported over the weekend. Twenty-five police officers were deployed to stop the riot at the school, principal Scott Milczewski said. Police arrested and charged with aggravated harassment an 18-year-old student, who allegedly made threats in a group chat, the next day.

Banks on Monday revealed to reporters that the instigators had received punishment--though he did not say exactly what the disciplinary action was--and that some students were suspended, according to the Post. He also said that there were calls to "suspend 500 students" who took part in the riot, but said that "we are not doing that."

Of course not. Suspensions and expulsions are for students who question transgenderism or DEI racial scapegoating.
