Liberal fake Republican Tom Emmers is... out? He's out?!

Good. The Democrats would have voted for his ugly RINO ass if we'd put it to a floor vote.

Waking up to friends in the film industry telling me they are deleting their pro-Palestine posts because of a new Blacklist going round here and across the pond.

McCarthyism is back.

Like when the movie industry boycotted Georgia?

What a white supremacist point to make, Axeman.

The people who have been blacklisting people forever, and justifying it as "consequence culture," now whine about a blacklist.

The communists did this in the 40s and 50s as well -- they routinely blocked scripts from being produced that celebrated Americana or capitalism. When people had enough of communists blocking their speech and started ratting out the communists, then we started hearing about Artists' Precious Speech.

American Jews are arming up.

A growing number of American Jews are taking courses on firearm safety and going to shooting ranges around the country as they fear for their safety following Hamas' attack on Israel.

More Jewish customers have been buying guns amid the rise of antisemitism following the Hamas attacks on Oct. 7, according to David Kowalsky, who owns the Florida Gun Store in Hollywood, Fla.

"We've definitely seen a tremendous increase in religious Jewish people, Orthodox people purchasing firearms," Kowalsky told NBC News.

"I've seen a surge in individual training as well as group training."

A synagogue president was murdered in front of her home in Detroit. Police are baffled, as they're paid to be.

Prominent Detroit synagogue President Samantha Woll was found dead outside her home early Saturday morning, police said.

Police found multiple stab wounds and a trail of blood leading to her home, which is where the crime likely happened, Detroit Police said in an email.

Police haven't determined a motive for the deadly attack and assigned the case to the homicide division.

Here, I'll start you off: She was killed at her home so this was a targeting killing.

She was killed with a knife, which has been a prominent weapon of Islamists. See the "Stabbing intifada."

As always: We may never find the motive, police vowed to their Regime paymasters.

Rapper Fifty Cent shows more sense than David French and Jake Tapper, pointing out what these "truth tellers" conceal from the public: that it is wrong, bizarre, dangerous and unprecedented for a "president" to go on a beach vacation while a major regional war is brewing.

Rapper 50 Cent sent social media ablaze over the weekend with a post blasting President Biden for taking another beach vacation in Delaware as chaos continued to unfold in the war between Israel and Hamas.

"Hey Joe get the f--- up, we in trouble man!" 50 Cent posted on Instagram over the weekend with a screenshot from an article titled, "Biden hits the beach with Middle East, Congress in Chaos."

In a follow-up post that screenshots an article with a headline saying, "50 Cent flames Biden," the rapper wrote, "We got some real s--- going on out here Joe. What's the plan to get a tan and chill come on now."

J.K. Rowling: if the UK government makes it a crime to say that trans "women" are men, then I'll happily go to prison saying just that.

Rowling appeared to be responding to a story in the Mail on Sunday, which reported that a Labour government in Britain could make gender identity attacks a criminal offense.

Critics told the newspaper that it could result in prison sentences for those who refuse to use a transgender person's preferred pronouns.

"I'll happily do two years if the alternative is compelled speech and forced denial of the reality and importance of sex," Rowling said on X, the social network formerly known as Twitter.

Mitch McConnell: I might have had a few bad moments, but I'm totally all better now.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he is "completely recovered" after a series of health episodes earlier this year that raised questions about whether the 81-year-old senator could continue serving.

"I'm in good shape, completely recovered, and back on the job," McConnell said in an interview that aired Sunday with CBS News's Face The Nation.

He actually refused to answer the question put to him, which was:

Face The Nation @FaceTheNation

After @LeaderMcConnell had health episodes in public following a concussion, @margbrennan asks if there's anything about his health "the public should know that wasn't disclosed."

"I'm in good shape, completely recovered and back on the job," McConnell says.

That's not an answer. But trust him anyway. He betray us eternally and even looks like a homely demon struggling to appear human, but just take his word for everything.

Sheila Jackson Lee, endorsed by fellow rage junkie Hillary Clinton to be mayor of Houston, caught on tape abusing a staffer.

The tape was leaked, presumably by a staffer who has had enough of this ugly, foul idiot.

This article is written by Andrew Stiles in his parody version of Axios' style.

* Jackson Lee is running for mayor of Houston, and boasts high-profile endorsements from failed politician Hillary Clinton and former speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

* The mayoral election, which takes place on Nov. 7, is likely headed to a runoff between Jackson Lee and state senator John Whitmore.

What she said: The leaked audio allegedly captures Jackson Lee, who has a long history of abusing her employees, berating a staffer who is unable to recall the details of an event on her schedule, and who begins to call another staff member at the office before the congresswoman angrily cuts him off.

* "I don't want you to do a goddamn thing. I want you to have a f--ing brain!" Jackson Lee fumes. "Nobody knows a goddamn thing in my office."

* Jackson Lee proceeds to berate the other staffer as well. "So when I called Jerome, he gonna be sitting up there like a fat ass stupid idiot talking about what the f-- he doesn't know," the congresswoman continues. "Both of y'all are f--ups, I f--ing [incomprehensible]! It's the worst s--t that I could have ever had put together. Two goddamn big ass children. F--ing idiots, serve no goddamn purpose."

Be smart: This is literally violence. Not surprisingly, Jackson Lee has one of the highest staff turnover rates in Congress.

Link to the tape at the article.

Law students: You may be surprised to learn that the law schools are filled with terrorist supporters. We're not surprised at all.

As law students who have witnessed firsthand the ideological takeover of American universities, we aren't surprised -- not by the statements or administrations' slow response to them.

Admissions offices have prioritized demonstrations of activism from potential applicants, and professors teach power struggle among groups as the primary analytical lens through which to view the world.

The end result is an ideological pressure cooker where students, armed with misapplied academic theory, support terrorist groups and expect to be praised for their views.

Make no mistake, students' behavior should not be excused -- it is repugnant and paints a frightening image of the future of academic institutions and our country.

But surely these statements exist because those making them felt confident their views would be accepted, if not praised.

Those outside academia should know these students are likely shocked that wider society is not applauding their actions.

They don't see these statements as particularly heterodox -- in fact, the opposite.

Why?

Schools have, by their own design, become devoid of free inquiry and exchange, adopting instead a homogenous set of viewpoints, many of them extremely radical.

An elite American institution's average student body is no longer a representative sample of adolescents with top GPAs and test scores.

For years, admissions offices across the country have deliberately prioritized passion for social justice and activism in potential applicants -- to their detriment.

While community engagement is a worthwhile pursuit, at 17 years old, zealous activism for any complex cause is too often accompanied by a lack of intellectual curiosity and misplaced confidence in one's point of view.

Have you changed your mind on fundamental issues since the age of 17? We sure have.

Yet increasingly, these young "activists" have neither the opportunity nor the incentive to allow their thinking to evolve.

Their views are rewarded by admissions offices around the country, then encouraged and intensified by like-minded students and faculty members.

The cycle repeats in law schools.

Detransitioner Chloe Cole took part in a photoshoot. And then the death threats started pouring in from the Literally Erase gang.

Chloe Coles story will not be swept under the rug. We will not cower to the death threats, cyber bullying, and disregard for civil conversation. We will not cower to the student body's threat to get us kicked out of our university. A university should be a place where we can have civil discourse, learn, and hear new ideas and perspectives that challenge our own. Just because someone's beliefs are different than yours does not make it hate speech or transphobia. I would like to acknowledge the fact that the people who preach "everyone is welcome here" and "hate has no home here" are the exact people who have told me to kill myself, die in a car crash, get put "in a saw trap so painful & inescapable that its not even worth trying to save yourself" or wish that I form a rash and "the fine little layers of your skin start to peel with such vigor that no skin graft will ever truly heal the scars left over." To those people commenting on these things: I love you, I'm happy you are here, and I would love to engage in civil discourse on these matters. Yes, I continue to acknowledge biological reality: men have XY chromosomes and women have XX chromosomes. Men cannot be women. Women cannot be men. Children cannot consent to cross-sex hormones or procedures cutting off their private parts. Acknowledging these things is not hate, it is seeking the truth and what is good and right in the world. I do not hate lgbtq+ people and I can assure you no one on this project does.

Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty to a minor crime and will receive no jail time:

Andrew McCarthy, of all people, says this illustrates how weak the Fulton County case is. He doesn't think she's "flipped" on Trump. Rather, he thinks Fani Willis is taking weak pleas just to prove she's collecting scalps and getting somewhere.

Jenna Ellis Guilty Plea Underscores the Absurdity of DA Fani Willis’s RICO Case

Willis wildly overcharged the election-interference case and is now picking off some defendants on minor charges.

Former Trump 2020 campaign attorney Jenna Ellis pled guilty this morning in the Georgia election-interference case to a minor offense -- aiding and abetting the provision of false information to the state -- for which she will receive no jail time.

Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis has hyped her prosecution of Donald Trump, Ellis, and 17 others affiliated with the Trump campaign as a racketeering-conspiracy case, depicting the former president as the head of an organized-crime enterprise. I have contended that Willis does not have a RICO case under Georgia's analogue to the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1971. The throng Willis has indicted did not function as an identifiable criminal "enterprise" as defined in RICO, and she lacks a single criminal objective as to which she can say all 19 defendants agreed. (It is not a crime to seek to reverse an election result -- indeed, Georgia law provides for legal challenges to election outcomes.)

What Willis has, instead, is evidence that some state criminal offenses -- minor in comparison to those at issue in the typical RICO case -- were committed in the course of the campaign's schemes to overturn the 2020 election. Consistent with that, Ellis is now the fourth defendant to plead guilty in recent days. None has pled guilty to the RICO conspiracy that Willis alleged in Count One -- the overarching "offense" that frames her prosecution.

Whether she "flipped" or not is something we'll know only in the fullness of time.

But I generally agree that this case is complete nonsense.

The trouble is, Democrats have proven again and again that when they have their own kangaroo courts and partisan judges, they can win every political case they bring.

Andrew McCarthy is an idiot homer institutionalist, who thinks it's Forever 1987 and juries and judges still rule according to the evidence. Moose outside shoulda told ya.
