Former Loudoun County school superintendent Scott Ziegler, who covered up the r*pe by a student by a violent transgender at his school, has been found guilty of, well, covering up the r*pe of a student by a transgender.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. -- A jury of six women and one man on Friday found ex-Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler guilty of using his position to retaliate against a teacher for cooperating with a grand jury investigating how the district handled sexual assault.

After a four-day trial plus a day of deliberations, the jury found that Ziegler wrongfully fired a teacher who had disclosed to Virginia investigators about mishandling of sexual assault in her classroom. Ziegler was convicted of using his official position to retaliate against someone for exercising their rights, and acquitted of punishing someone for testifying to a jury, both misdemeanors.

Prosecutors appointed by Attorney General Jason Miyares, a Republican, said that after they began investigating the school district's coverup of a bathroom rape, they spoke with Brooks, who disclosed an unrelated instance of mishandling of sexual assault by school administrators. Brooks was then fired by Ziegler for cooperating with the special grand jury.

Out of all of LCPS' 15,000 teachers, Brooks was singled out for firing by Ziegler at a school board meeting in June 2022, prosecutors said. Ziegler told board members he fired Brooks for giving private information to a conservative activist, and for giving private information to the grand jury, school board member John Beatty testified.

Ziegler's alleged claim that Brooks had given information to a conservative activist turned out to be false, and it would be illegal to punish her for telling the truth to a jury she'd been subpoenaed by, prosecutors argued.

Oh no, the NHS may ban men from women's hospital wards. They're literally erasing the existence of (checks notes) wigs...

Transgender people may be banned from single-sex hospital wards under plans to restore "common sense" in the NHS, the health secretary says.

Speaking at the Conservative party conference, Steve Barclay announced a consultation on strengthening the protections in place for women.

NHS guidance issued in 2021 said trans people may be placed on wards according to the gender they identify as.

The change would stop that with trans people given their own rooms and areas.

But doctors have questioned whether there are the facilities available to achieve that.

And the move would have to meet the legal threshold set by the Equality Act.

That allows trans people to be excluded from single-sex spaces if there is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim, such as privacy or safety.

Mr Barclay said he wanted to make sure the "dignity, safety and privacy" of all patients was respected, while the rights of women are protected.

As you might have guess, the Trans-Extremists melted down faster that the Wicked Witch of the West at a waterpark.

And with a stroke of a pen, AB2098, California's COVID medical censorship law, has been quietly repealed by the very same people who had ridiculously wanted it in place.

For a year-and-a-half now, I've spoken out against this law. Ultimately, I and others sued @GavinNewsom and the Medical Board of California in federal court, and won a preliminary injunction against the law. But this governor, the Democrats in the legislature, @MedBoardOfCA and all the law's supporters, including professional medical organizations like, @cmadocs and @californiaacep, perpetrated or aided clear violations of freedom of speech. They have not taken responsibility for their dark, ignorant actions.

Anyone with a centered mind and modicum of vision could realize this bill was not only unconstitutional, but unethical, with far-reaching negative consequences on doctors, patients and medical progress. The Democrats and Gavin Newsom could not see this. They were so consumed with a reactive need to police people to do the "right thing", as they saw it, that they trampled on free speech. And they behaved with bigotry, "othering" anyone who didn't agree with them. Some of them would do very well under fascist or dictatorial regimes. No accountability or trying to radically and publicly undo the damage you did = dangerous to freedom. Unfit to govern.

I've heard Gavin Newsom said repealing AB2098 was his idea. I believe he did it because he's realizing the terrible extent of his missteps during COVID, and how it makes him and his party look bad, affecting his desired climb to greater power and influence.

Do you remember the UK trans "charity" Mermaids? The controversial group is under investigation for providing "chest binders" to mentally-ill children.

Believe it or not, the UK is actually less debased than the US when it comes to rushing children into untested irreversible "trans" procedures.

Transgender youth support charity Mermaids is under investigation by The Charity Commission over safeguarding concerns.

The regulatory body for charities in England and Wales says it has received complaints following reports in The Telegraph concerning the supply of chest-binding devices to teenagers.

It is investigating whether the charity has complied with regulations.

The NHS defines binding as "reducing the appearance of soft tissue by flattening your chest".

The Charity Commission confirmed it was aware of concerns related to Mermaids following an investigation by The Telegraph into the availability of chest binders to children via the charity without parental consent.

Well, now Mermaids says that Twitter is just too toxic an environment for them to attempt to fundraise through, and so will be moving to... TikTok, the social media service almost exclusively used by children.

If you're a fan of David Tennant and are considering watching the four episodes of Doctor Who featuring him, you might want to reconsider. David Tennant wore a t-shirt that read "Leave the trans kids alone you absolute freaks." He means: Let "trans kids" transition without attempting to regulate groups like Mermaids.

Well, a writer for the British show Father Ted criticized him for that, and his agent -- who also handles David Tennant -- fired the writer as a client.

David Tennant could have told his agent not to cancel the writer -- but he didn't. He wanted the cancellation.

Even girls are finally finding their voices:

In an historic move, an entire women's swim team stood together and said enough is enough. The Roanoke College women's swim team stood together at a press conference and demanded the NCAA step up and support collegiate women's sports.

It is unique that the entire team came together to address the press. The team spoke about a transgender woman who joined the swim team this year after competing as a man last year. The college women demanded that the NCAA shut down the growing influx of trans women in women's sports.

Some of the young women's parents were there to support them.

"I never expected to be blindsided by a teammate from the men's team who now wanted to compete against me and my fellow swimmers and shatter our records," Roanoke swimmer Bailey Gallagher, 21, said, noting she was initially supportive of the trans swimmer's transition.

The event was called "NCAA -- Save Women's Sports!"

The women spoke about being blindsided by the addition of a trans athlete to the team. Even supporters of the student's decision to transition spoke out against the student joining the team.
