Trevor Bauer, Forced to Flee the US By a Fake Sexual Abuse Allegation, Unloads on His Grifter Blackmailer

Here's how AP reports this:

Former major league pitcher Trevor Bauer and a woman who accused him of beating and sexually assaulting her in 2021 have settled their legal dispute, Bauer's attorneys said Monday.

"Both of their respective claims have been withdrawn with prejudice, effective today," attorneys Jon Fetterolf and Shawn Holley said in a statement.

The former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher was placed on administrative leave by MLB in July 2021 after the allegations were made by the woman, who said Bauer assaulted her on two different occasions at his home in Pasadena during what she said began as consensual sexual encounters between them.

The 32-year-old Bauer denied the allegation, saying the encounters were consensual.

Prosecutors decided not to file charges in February 2022.

Bauer was suspended an unprecedented 324 games by Major League Baseball, a ban reduced to 194 games by an independent arbitrator in December 2022. After Bauer's suspension ended, the Dodgers cut him and no team picked him up. He now plays in Japan.

Bauer sued the woman, and she countersued. Their settlement calls for no exchange of money between the parties.

The woman will receive a separate $300,000 payout from her insurance company, her attorney, Jesse Kaplan, said in a letter to Bauer's lawyers. That payment is independent of her settlement with Bauer.

The AP seems to have missed a few things.

The AP does not name the accuser, because they say they don't report the names of sex abuse survivors.

But she's neither of those things. She's a blackmailing psychopath.

But this chiseling sociopathic whore's name is Lindsay Hall.

Here's the rest of the story: Text messages with friends stated explicitly that she was trying to have sex with this guy in a bid to get her hands on his $51 million.

Although she later claimed he beat her up and gave her two black eyes, Bauer eventually got hold of her after this alleged beating. She films herself grinning craftily and winking at the camera lying next to Bauer.

There is not a mark on her face. He is asleep, she is awake. If he were some kind of threat, she would flee the house, not take a selfie and wink conspiratorially at the camera.

Watch. This is amazing.

So basically, she demanded that he choke her and slap her around precisely so that she could then scream "Abuse!" and chisel millions of dollars in blackmail from him.

But he refused to play ball and fought her every step of the way.

And then he discovered video of the obviously-unharmed and obviously-scheming Lindsay Hall grinning at the camera and winking.

Bauer is also suing woke "journalist" Molly Knight who campaigned on twitter incessantly to get him fired.

In February, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office announced that it would not be pressing charges over sexual assault allegations that the former Cy Young winner faced last year. Before that, a judge in the California Superior Court denied the accuser's request for a restraining order.

Bauer was accused of punching and choking a woman unconscious during sex. The pitcher admitted to having rough sex with the accuser, but said it was consensual. During the case, Bauer's attorney claimed that the pitcher had text messages from the accuser "involving requests to be 'choked out' and slapped in the face" and that "the woman spent the night, and left without incident, continuing to message Mr. Bauer with friendly and flirtatious banter."

In the lawsuit against Knight and The Athletic, Bauer's attorneys claim that Knight and The Athletic "defamed Mr. Bauer by creating and spreading the false narrative that Mr. Bauer fractured the Complainant's skull."

"There was no basis for that assertion because the Complainant's own medical records -- which The Athletic possessed -- showed that she had no such fracture," the suit continues. "Nonetheless, consistent with their prior and subsequent expressions of animus toward Mr. Bauer, The Athletic and Ms. Knight publicized that false attack, which was picked up and further disseminated to a larger audience by other media outlets and social media sites."

The suit also cited tweets from Knight that referred to the accuser's skull as "cracked" or "fractured."

"Defendants acted with actual malice because they deliberately ignored the truth -- which was evident in the medical records possessed by The Athletic -- and because the Defendants' defamatory statements were part of a campaign to harass Mr. Bauer, as evidenced by, among other actions, their prior and subsequent false and misleading statements about his conduct and character, their efforts to dissuade Major League Baseball teams from signing him, and their strident complaints about the Los Angeles Dodgers' decision to add him to their team."

If you click on the link, you'll see a video in the bottom right of the screen showing Molly Knight's unending (false) accusations against Bauer and demands for "accountability." Among the sins she cites is her claim that Bauer "abused" women... online.

In other words, he didn't take shit from feminists and told them to fuck right off. And for that, he must be destroyed.

This is Bauer's second defamation suit related to this case. He also has sued the website Deadspin.

Oh, Deadspin. Gold standard.

I would kill to be on either of these juries. I would make sure that Bauer gets "accountability" from The Athletic, Deadspin, and this raging lunatic c*nt Molly Knight.

Matt Walsh says that Bauer is a Trump supporter and conservative which may account for Molly Knight's obsessive stalking of him.

This encapsulates Molly Knight's view of the world: Anyone woke good, anyone non-woke evil and needing "accountability:"
