The judge in the Andy Ngo assault-by-antifa case has held the three defaulting defendants liable for $100,000 each for their attack on Ngo.

I'm sure they'll be paying that promptly.

Yesterday, the judge issued his decision on the remaining three people who'd been found in default prior to the trial. Each of them was ordered to pay Ngo $100,000.
Defendants Corbyn "Katherine" Belyea, Madison "Denny" Lee Allen, and Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy were found liable by Judge Sinaplasai for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

This court hearing was held in a virtual setting at the Multnomah County Courthouse on Monday after the three defendants were found in default on July 14 by the pre-trial judge for not responding to Ngo's complaint, which is why they did not appear at the civil jury trial held earlier this month.

All three of the people mentioned are trans, though I'm not clear if all of them were at the time of the attack on Ngo.

Of course. Of course.

Speaking of Democrat flacks: White House spokesflower says that the "rightwing" criticism of Biden this week wasn't about his "no comment" response about the Maui wildfires or taking two (2) vacations since 111+ people died, but about... Biden petting a rescue dog?!

I didn't even hear about that. So I don't think that was the buzz on the right.

Joe Scarborough falls over himself claiming that the coverage of Biden by the leftwing media in the ultramarine blue state of Hawaii was "glowing," so there you go.

Below, the "glowing" welcome, according to Joe Scarborough.

The "glow" of pure love:

Residents of Maui welcomed President Joe Biden, who waited 13 days to visit the fire-ravaged island, with shouts of "Fuck you!"

As Biden's motorcade on Monday drove through Maui, protesters blasted the president's slow response to the wildfires that have killed hundreds on the small Hawaiian island.

"Wow, he's finally here!" one said. "Yeah, thanks for nothing!"

Multiple protesters joined in, shouting, "Fuck you! Fuck you! Fuck you! Fuck you!"

Other Maui residents displayed signs that said Biden took long to visit, with one reading, "Traitor Joe Must Go!"

Biden arrived on Maui almost two weeks after the wildfires started. The fires, which were likely caused by a downed power line, have killed at least 115 people and left another 850 missing. After arrival, the president, who called the situation an "unimaginable travedy [sic]," joked, "That's some hot ground, man."

And also speaking of Democrat flacks: Washington Post "journalist" Philip Bump, whose dick-shaped mouth has the shape of a dick.

Philip Bump @pbump

On a wide range of health-related issues including covid and vaccines, Republicans are much more likely to believe false things than Democrats.

What is a woman, Philip?

@AdamInHTownTX

Democrats believed that masking mandates worked, the jabs prevented the spread of COVID, the virus originated from bat soup, locking down the country and printing $6 trillion was a good idea, and people should be denied health care if they refused to get the vaccines.

Champagne Joshi @JoshWalkos

Let me guess, 7th booster?

Fauci continues prepping the country for the next round of shutdowns to avoid further deaths from the virus he funded:

Oh, and speaking of climate wackadoos: Anthony Fauci is now fearmongering on climate, as well.

Disney sees a silver lining in global warming: They can blame their crap park attendance on this non-mysterious wave of utterly-seasonable summer heat we've had this summer.

"Disney [theme park] attendance has dropped substantially," reports Inside the Magic.com. The terms "ghost town" and "barren" are being used to describe this stunning turn of events.

What's to blame? Well, I can tell what is certainly not to blame, and that's having anything to do with Disney's head-first dive into identity and sexual politics. No, no, no, no... Disney's obsession with race and gender has done nothing to do with killing the magic--even though almost all of Disney's movies are bombing and Disney+ is losing hundreds of thousands of subscribers and billions of dollars.

And Disney's ongoing efforts to groom childing by seeding kiddie content with drag queens, transsexual propaganda, and homosexuality certainly has nothing to do with it.

...

No, it can't be any of that because sexualizing little kids is a virtue. I know this because CNN told me so.

There's only one reason Disney theme parks are "barren" and a "ghost town," and that's--dah, dah, dahhhh-- Climate Change (which is a hoax):

Disney's attendance has dropped substantially, but while there is worry about Bob Iger deceiving attendees and the area being a "ghost town," the answer can also relate to something simpler: weather. While weather and climate change are inherently different, the impacts of climate change on Disney show in meteorological events.

Who wants to go to the theme park when it's rained out? Why would you risk bringing the family to Disneyland Resort if there is smoke in the air from a fire? These events are getting more common, and the inability to plan for them is one huge way climate change impacts Disney.

Notice what CNN did right there to flack for fellow wokies at Disney -- they did a quick shift from "climate change," which is supposedly a new phenomenon, to "the weather," which is a very, very, very old phenomenon, and claimed that this old phenomenon of frequently-changing weather is the reason that Disney's attendance has cratered.

So changeable weather, something that has been going on for all 100 years of Disney's existence, just became a problem for people this year.

Do you buy that?

Well, CNN is lying to your face and telling you to believe it.
