I saw this story after Tuesday's ONT had been posted. All I could think was, Mike Pence is not the kind of guy to drive a pickup truck.

Then while drafting tonight's edition, I ran across this......

Can Rand Paul seriously punish one of the most despicable DC Swamp Creatures, Anthony Fauci?

Last week, Senator Rand Paul recommended that Anthony Fauci be criminally charged for lying to Congress.

And… nothing happened. So, the senator has decided to help.

The Daily Mail reported on Tuesday, “Republican Sen. Rand Paul is recommending the top prosecutor in Washington, D.C., pursue an investigation and possible criminal charges against Dr. Anthony Fauci for allegedly lying under oath about COVID-19 origins.”

I like Senator Paul's pitbull side. However, I'm not holding my breath anything happens to Tony.

Is there a chance that social media companies will pay a price for state sponsored censorship. RFK Jr. sues YouTube, Google over “misinformation policies” that violated his First Amendment rights

Children's Health Defense (CHD) founder and chairman on leave Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is taking aim at YouTube and its parent company Google for violating his and many others' First Amendment rights through censorship.
The 2024 presidential candidate says YouTube flat-out engaged in a "censorship campaign" against him that included removing videos of his speech at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, as well as interviews he did with clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson and podcaster Joe Rogan.

Filed on August 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Kennedy's complaint alleges that the United States government under fake president Joe Biden has taken "extraordinary steps to silence people it does not want Americans to hear."

Moar censorship. We do live in a Banana Republic.

The Biden administration continues to harass whistleblowers, with independent journalist Steve Baker being one of the more “valuable” targets of the FBI and Department of Justice. Baker was present at the Capitol on J6 to cover the events of that day. Since then, he has been aggressively vocal and has been interviewed by the FBI. On August 7, Baker received a Grand Jury subpoena for the footage he captured on January 6.

Baker believes his open and pointed criticism of the Capitol Police, the DOJ, and the FBI has put a dangerous bullseye on his back. He has extensive footage from both inside and outside the Capitol. Not only has he been extremely vocal, he has written extensively about J6, investigating the details by combing through footage of the protest. He has been on too many podcasts to count, including a three-part, long-form interview with FBI Whistleblower Kyle Seraphin.

They really do hate us and our great republic.

The Biden administration’s top energy official held multiple talks with a Chinese Communist Party official linked to an oil company counting investment from Hunter Biden’s private equity firm just days before the U.S. moved to release oil from its strategic reserve in 2021.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm controversially spoke with China National Energy Administration chairman Zhang Jianhua one-on-one multiple times in meetings that had not previously been reported, according to internal Energy Department calendars obtained by Fox News.

Granholm and her Chinese Communist Party counterpart met on November 19th and 21st, 2021, just days before the White House announced its decision to release oil from the strategic reserve on November 23rd.

How about a little Genius Award news tonight?

AUGUST 9--After being caught stealing bicycle accessories from Walmart, a Florida Man reportedly gave police a devastating self-analysis.

“I’m not good at shoplifting,” said Daniel Kaczmar.

The 53-year-old’s spontaneous admission came yesterday following his arrest for swiping a bicycle pump, lock, and inner tube from a Walmart in Largo, a city in the Tampa Bay area.

Police say Kaczmar parked his bike--which had a flat tire--outside the Walmart before entering the store and stashing items worth $35.88 under his t-shirt.

State of New York THC users will need to use their black market suppliers for the near future.

The slow rollout of New York’s legal weed industry is coming to an indefinite halt after a state Supreme Court judge released an order temporarily blocking the state from issuing new licenses or allowing new dispensaries to open.

The ruling comes in response to a lawsuit filed last week against the state Cannabis Control Board and the state Office of Cannabis Management by a group of veterans who said they aspire to open their own cannabis shops. Judge Kevin R. Bryant issued the restraining order on Monday.

The veterans allege that cannabis regulators overstepped their authority by using a social equity program that wasn’t sufficiently aligned with state law to launch the retail market. This Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary program prioritizes people with past marijuana convictions and their family members for the first dispensary licenses, rather than the broader groups of applicants that were identified for potential priority consideration under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, the law that legalized marijuana in New York in 2021.

RIP Robbie Robertson
Guitarist-songwriter-singer Robbie Robertson, who led the Canadian-American group the Band to rock prominence in the 1970s and worked extensively with Bob Dylan and Martin Scorsese, has died. He was 80.

According to an announcement from his management, Robertson died Wednesday in Los Angeles after a long illness.

In a statement, Robertson’s manager of 34 years, Jared Levine, said, “Robbie was surrounded by his family at the time of his death, including his wife, Janet, his ex-wife, Dominique, her partner Nicholas, and his children Alexandra, Sebastian, Delphine, and Delphine’s partner Kenny. He is also survived by his grandchildren Angelica, Donovan, Dominic, Gabriel and Seraphina. Does the captain go down with the ship? What about the Genius Award Winner?

A big brawl between a pontoon boat group and a dinner cruise worker over a parking spot broke out when tensions between the two parties reached a boiling point.

They were no strangers to each other, it turns out.

Jim Kittrell, the captain of the Harriot II dinner cruise in Montgomery, Alabama, said he was trying to dock the vessel on Sunday but that the pontoon boat was in the way and it was not the first time they had encountered each other.
