The Weekend Hobby Thread

Good afternoon hobby enthusiasts. My last Hobby Thread I had featured the hobby of fireworks. I hope you all survived the 4th of July Independence Day party in your 'hood.

Let's take a look at the Hobby World and leave the politics and current events outside.

So the old In-Box was empty. It looks like you Morons have been quite busy this summer. Hopefully with activities that you enjoy.

Family Mis Hum was reunited for the 1st week of July. One of our activities was sight seeing the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior. Quite a nice excursion.

Another type of boating. Let's go kayaking not too far from your humble host.

As some of you I paint landscapes. My medium is acrylic but I'm planning on kidnapping polynikes and learn how to use oils.

Any way, here is one of my latest pieces. Acrylic landscape on basswood oval. Oval is approximately 13" long x 10" high.
