Page Six reported on the engagement, citing a source close to the couple. The couple is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France, and partying on Bezos’ $500 million yacht that has Sanchez’s likeness adorning the front with a mermaid figurine. Bezos and Sanchez have been publicly a couple since 2019, after Bezos split with Mackenzie Scott, his wife of 25 years. While Bezos may have a questionable taste in catering, he’ll have plenty of time for wedding planning since he stepped down as Amazon CEO in 2021.

22 years of getting his life turned around and a presidential pardon just wasn't enough to get over the hump.

Meet Alton Mills of Chicago, Illinois. Mills had his life sentence commuted by Barack Obama for dealing cocaine in 2015, and because Obama is a moron, Mills was back on the streets. On Sunday morning, Mills “allegedly” shot a woman in the back of the head because she tried to pass him with her vehicle.

A man whose life sentence was commuted by then-President Obama in 2015 has now been charged with the shooting of a woman in a road rage incident. The woman is brain-dead and not expected to survive. The shooting occured early on Sunday morning near Chicago. Mills admitted to police that he was the shooter, and has now been charged.

Video taken early Saturday morning showed a dangerous stunt by an unidentified daredevil in Santa Ana.

The video, which was purportedly taken by a security guard and shared with a local news company, shows a person standing atop a high-rise building in Santa Ana, jumping off the ledge and immediately deploying a parachute.

The jumper can be seen floating away off screen, apparently landing in a nearby parking lot and getting away without any injury.

It happened around 1 a.m. at an apartment building at 15 MacArthur Place, which is identified on Google maps as the Essex Skyline apartments.

Some 60,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate, a chemical used as both fertilizer and a component in explosives, went missing as it was shipped by rail from Wyoming to California last month, prompting four separate investigations.

A railcar loaded with 30 tons of the chemical left Cheyenne, Wyoming, on April 12. The car was found to be empty after it arrived two weeks later at a rail stop in the Mojave Desert, according to a short incident report from the explosives firm that made the shipment.

The company, Dyno Nobel, made the report May 10 to the federal National Response Center, or NRC. The report also appeared last week in an NRC database of California incidents managed by the state Office of Emergency Services last Wednesday.
