Don LeMon Absent Again from CNN's Little-Viewed Morning Show

Via Karen Townsend, Don LeMon is past his prime time and now may be past his morning time too.

Don Lemon's absence from his usual seat between co-hosts Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins on 'CNN This Morning' was notable today, given he was also absent on Friday. The excuse for Friday was that his day off was pre-scheduled.

Sara Sidner is filling in for Lemon. The timing of his days off is suspect because of what happened last Thursday.

Don LeMon reportedly already sent one female cohost running off the set in tears when he shouted at her for "interrupting him," which everyone else would see was an attempt at friendly banter with the prickly prick -- you know, like they have on morning shoes that people actually watch.

Now he allegedly has sent the other female cohost fuming as she left the set.

Don Lemon's sexist rant about Nikki Haley on Thursday turned the stomachs of his co-anchors and added to pressure on CNN boss Chris Licht to dump the acid-tongued host, The Post has learned.

A furious Poppy Harlow walked off the "CNN This Morning" set following a tense exchange with Lemon after he said the GOP presidential candidate was "not in her prime," according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

One of the sources said Harlow took a "well-timed" bathroom break and was followed into the restroom by co-host Kaitlan Collins -- who recently had her own run-in with Lemon.

The tense relationship among Lemon, Collins and Harlow has "been smoldering for months," the source added.

A CNN insider said the latest high-profile incident may finally lead to Licht squeezing out Lemon from the morning gig.

To be honest, all that NY Post story really says is that Harlow left the set to go to the bathroom... which people do without it being a story. The rest of it is just insinuation that she did so angrily and to get away from LeMon.

Though Collins did join her in the john. I can guess why.
