Merrick Garland: I'm Investigating Trump For Interfering With a Peaceful Transfer of Power and Will Appoint a Special Prosecutor... Because He's Running for President

Jack Smith, the man just named Special Prosecutor, will decide whether to indict Trump for the stolen Mar-a-Lago documents and the Jan. 6 insurrection. Smith was a war-crimes prosecutor at the International Criminal Court at The Hague.
