Julie Kelly: Who Is the FBI Political Kommissar Reporting FBI Agents For Clinging to the Racist and Anti-Soviet Belief That the BLM Riots Were Violent and Criminal and Unjustified Chaos?

As a quick related intro, Twitter promoted this:

twitterpromotedjanuary6hearings2.jpg

Guys they're totally a platform, not a publisher.

This FBI official is reporting to headquarters that some FBI agents are engaging in Political Wrongthink in not praising Some Riots as just and righteous and Mostly Peaceful, while denouncing Other Riots as evil and brutish and deserving of nothing but crushing.

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2

From ⁦@15poundstogo⁩ newest FBI Jan 6 batch.

FBI official expresses concern all agents don't view Capitol protest as an act of terror and has to explain to some why it was way worse than BLM riots.

I think ⁦@JudiciaryGOP⁩ should find out who wrote this -- ASAP.

Maximum Orwell, everyone. This isn't a joke anymore: We are in the nightmare we all feared.

The FBI is of course guarding the identity of this authoritarian Kommissar, of course. Some political speech deserves protecting, you know.

Not yours.

But the speech of an authoritarian bureaucrat writing Purge Memos while being paid taxpayer money? That speech is owed a level of complete protection.

Meanwhile, Technofog reports that John Durham grilled corrupt FBI analyst Brian Auten during Igor Danchenko's trial, and was visibly annoyed with Auten for his incompetence and/or collusion with the Steele/FusionGPS operators.

It's odd that in Danchenko's trial, Auten is getting grilled by the prosecutor, but Auten seems to be unwilling to come clean about the facts of the matter, even under oath.

One of the lies Danchenko is being prosecuted for is lying about who his "sources" were. His actual source was Hillary Clinton supporter and aide Charles Dolan. But Danchenko didn't want to admit that, so he claimed he had a Russian source, a businessman named Sergei Millian who did business with Trump and could, plausibly, maybe, have "dirt" on Trump.

Millian denied he was the source. (The media always reported these denials with a "Yeah sure, we know he's really the source" sneer.)

Auten could easily have checked Danchenko's story to see if Millian was telling the truth, but he didn't bother.

That's where Durham's anger comes from -- Auten didn't want to check Danchenko's story to see if it was actually true. He just wanted to use it to get a FISA warrant on Trump, true or not. So he didn't want to ask any questions that could expose Danchenko as a liar.

This is why he's a troublesome witness for Durham. 1, he's lying, 2, he's covering up his own bad behavior, and 3, he once again makes it hard to prosecute people for lying to the FBI when the FBI is clearly engaged in the business of soliciting what it knows are lies just to take down Trump.

Durham confronted Auten with an email from Millian to an associate in which Millian asks, "Who is this Igor Danchenko who emailed me?" Clearly, Millian is not a "source" for Danchenko; he doesn't even know who he is.

Auten could have discovered this email -- but he didn't bother.

In addition, Millian wasn't even in the United States when Danchenko claims he was there to feed him "intelligence" about Trump. He was in Asia.

More stuff that Auten could have discovered to learn if Danchenko was a liar or not -- but didn't feel like it.

Durham then used that e-mail to focus on the FBI's lack of effort to corroborate Danchenko's claim about Millian. FBI Analyst Auten admitted he hadn't seen that e-mail until recently, and that the FBI didn't even check Millian's travel records during that period of time.
Q Now, with regard to that email from Millian to Zloderev, you didn't have occasion to see that prior to being shown this document recently?

A No.

Q With regard to Millian saying that on Friday he's returning from Asia and the like, do you know whether you or other members of your group had ever retrieved Millian's travel records to see if he was even in the United States on -- in the latter part of July 2016?

A I don't recall that.

Q Would it surprise you to learn that he wasn't even in the United States?

A I mean, he says he's in Asia.

Continuing with the theme of purposeful FBI incompetence, Durham asked Auten if the FBI had translated communications between Danchenko and an associate of Millian. These documents were provided to the FBI by Danchenko in January 2017. Auten responded "I'm not aware if it was translated."

"He says he's in Asia." Not "he was in Asia," just "he says he's in Asia." Maybe he was lying! Maybe his travel records are all forged! Keep hope alive, Auten!

Durham continued pressing Auten about why analyzing these communications would have been important. There was this key exchange on whether these e-mails, which Auten said were "significant," could have influenced the FBI. Pay attention -- it's Auten hedging when confronted with his own failures.
Q Would it have the capacity or the ability to have influenced steps taken or not taken by the FBI?

A Possibly, yes.

Q Possibly?

A Well, again, I'm an analyst, not an investigator. So in that sense, it would be very helpful from an analytical side to understand the full extent of communications between the parties.

By the way, not only was Auten an "analyst" in the crooked Deep State op called "Crossfire Hurricane," but he then joined the Mueller investigation as an "analylst." (And then, of course -- he was a primary "analyst" on the Hunter Biden laptop cover-up!)

He sure had his sticky little fingers in everybody's pies.

He admits under cross-examination by the defense that he's also under investigation by the FBI.

Don't worry, nothing will happen to him. The lies he's telling were all authorized by the Cardinal Richelieus of the Deep State.

Speaking of, one of the signatories of the Deep State's lie, declaring that the Hunter Biden laptop "had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign," says he was totally right about that. It did have all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign, he continues to insist. It just wasn't a Russian disinformation campaign.

He wasn't saying it was Russian disinformation -- just that it had the "hallmarks" of it.

If social media companies and the legacy media misinterpreted that to mean it was Russian disinformation and must be ruthlessly censored, suppressed, and claimed to be, no caveats, a Russian Disinformation Lie, well...

Ooops! Ooopsie!

He says you can blame "the media" for not grasping the "nuance" of his position which of course he intended them not to grasp.

Fifty-one former intelligence officials, who worked in a number of different federal government agencies at top levels, jumped to sign a letter stating the laptop "had all of the markings" of a Russian disinformation campaign. They did so while the Biden campaign and Hunter Biden himself failed to reject the authenticity of the laptop.

During Special Report Tuesday evening, anchor Bret Baier confronted one of those officials about his participation and asked if he regretted signing the letter given what it stated was untrue.

"In October, days before the 2020 election you signed onto this open letter which was published by POLITICO it said, 'We write to say that the arrival on the U.S. political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden's son Hunter, much of it related to his time serving on the Board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,'" Baier read to former CIA officer David Priess. "Why did you sign onto that?"

"Because of what it says. It has all of the classic earmarks of one of these operations. You'll note elsewhere in the letter -- if you read it -- that it also says we don't know if this is a Russian operation at all. That has been dramatically changed in the retelling of the story," Priess said, doubling down on the false claim.

"Do you regret signing onto the letter?" Baier followed up.

"Absolutely not. Because those words are still true," Priess said, claiming the letter didn't impact the 2020 presidential election.

He did not explain why he failed to point out his "nuance" to the media when it became obvious they were "missing his nuance." He did not reach out to FaceBook and Twitter to say, "Hey, I only said it had the hallmarks, not that it was." He did not reach out to Biden or to the debate commission to correct Biden's erroneous claim that they had concluded it was Russian disinformation.

Strangely, they allowed their insinuation to be used as an "established fact" by the media, with any competing claims -- like the laptop being real -- censored as Russian Disinformation.

Bret Baier fails to ask him why he didn't reach out to correct everyone's failure to grasp his nuance. Because of course he does.

He also doesn't ask him if these c***suckers were deploying the old trick of writing a report whose language was massaged to have some Cover Your Ass deniability, while, behind the scenes, on phone calls, the signatories were telling reporters and social media, "This is definitely a Russian op."

The IPCC famously does this in their climate catastrophe reports -- their actual reports for scientists are caveated and note the limits of their predictive capabilities. But the "digests" they provide to reporters rip those caveats and cautions about predictive capabilities out and state, We're definitely going to see the oceans rise by one meter in 100 years, count on it.

If you call them on that, they'll say: But look at our actual report! It had all the necessary caveats and cautions!

Video at the link.

As Tulsi Gabbard said a few weeks ago, Never forget, the FBI and intelligence agencies committed actual treason against the government and people of the United States of America by enacting a coup.

They must be held to strict account.

What are the penalties for treason again...?
