New York Court Rules That Cop Can't Be Fired For Refusing the Vaccine

But-but-but -- he's defying the Trilateral Commission of Karens!

An NYPD cop who sued over the city's COVID vaccine mandate can't be fired for not having the jab, according to a new "precedent-setting" ruling that could help nearly two dozen police officers who've filed similar cases, The Post has learned.

A Manhattan judge said Officer Alexander Deletto, 43, should be allowed to keep his job, noting in a Tuesday ruling that the city gave the Brooklyn cop no explanation for why it rejected his religious exemption application.

Ah yes, I remember this case: The state is required to give particularized reasons why they're rejecting your claim or believe it's bogus, but they didn't do that. They must mass-denied everyone.

Which means they didn't even consider anyone's religious liberty in imposing their statist authoritarian mandates.

...

The city first denied the request for religious exemption from Deletto, who is Catholic, on Feb. 15, and later shot down his appeal with only "does not meet criteria" given as an explanation, according to his lawsuit.

"The hollow and generic phrase 'does not meet criteria' cannot be rational because not a single item particular to [Deletto] was discussed and not a single reason for the decision was given," Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arlene Bluth ruled.

"There is no indication that anybody even read [Deletto's] arguments," the judge wrote, adding, "It is the duty of the agency to explain why it made the decision."

Deletto -- a nine-year veteran of the force who works out of the 88th Precinct in Clinton Hill -- filed suit the day before he was set to be fired on Aug. 5 for not getting vaccinated.

Thousands of city workers who applied for medical or religious accommodations or exemptions from the vaccination requirement have yet to get a decision.

Meanwhile, Rachel Walensky admits that she lied about tracking and analyzing adverse event reports related to covid vaccines.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the [CDC's] Director, said in a letter made public on September 12th that the CDC did not analyse certain types of adverse event reports at all in 2021, despite the agency previously saying it started in February 2021.

"CDC performed PRR analysis between March 25th 2022, through July 31st 2022," Walensky said. "CDC also recently addressed a previous statement made to the Epoch Times to clarify PRR were not run between February 26th 2021 to September 30th 2021."

Walensky's agency had promised in several documents, starting in early 2021, to perform a type of analysis called Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) on reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, which it helps manage.

But the agency said in June that it did not perform PRRs. It also said that performing them was "outside th[e] agency's purview".

Confronted with the contradiction, Dr. John Su, a CDC official, told the Epoch Times in July that the agency started performing PRRs in February 2021 and "continues to do so to date."

But just weeks later, the CDC said Su was wrong.

"CDC performed PRRs from March 25th 2022 through July 31st 2022," a spokeswoman told the Epoch Times in August.

Walensky's new letter, dated September 2nd and sent on September 6th to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), shows that Walensky is aware that her agency gave false information. Walensky's letter included no explanation of why that happened.

Oh I know -- they lied. They didn't want anything complicating the narrative they'd decided on, so they didn't bother tracking reported adverse events. That way, they could say they had found "adverse reactions" to the vaccine.

Yesterday, Rand Paul grilled Fauci about why the Malignant Midget had refused to ever include "previous infection" as a criterion in researching the efficacy of the vaccine.

The answer, of course, is again, they didn't want any kind of medically-reportable results demonstrating that natural immunity due to previous infection existed. Such results would complicate their simplistic, false, fascist "Everyone must be vaccinated -- EVERYONE" mandate, so they deliberately kept themselves free of infection of any knowledge that a covid infection provided extremely potent immunity to covid.

Like every other infectious disease.

And not like the actual covid vaccine, which provides mere "reduction of harms" from infection.
