Woke Lucasfilm Calls Its Fans Racist to Cover Up For Their Latest Star Wars Failure

On Wednesday, I noted that NASCAR was throwing its own audience under the bus to pander to SJWs who don't even patronize their offerings, just as DC and Marvel Comics had done.

I forgot to mention the greatest offender, who had just re-offended: Lucasfilm, under the direction of woke SJW feminist shrew Kathleen Kennedy. They pre-emptively scolded Star Wars customers for the racism they assumed they'd display in reaction to their latest, greatest Stronk Empowered Female character.

This one is different from all their other Stronk Empowered Female characters.

This one is black!

Is your mind blown, bigot?!

This is in incredibly, transparently bad faith; Lucasfilm knows full well that if Star Wars fans reacted badly to this umpeenth spotlight-stealing Stronk Empowered Female character, it would be due to her being yet another Stronk Empowered Female Mary Sue character stuck in to rob the male character of the hero role, something the feminist jihadist Kathleen Kennedy has done, oh, in every single Star Wars project she's gotten her ragged stirge claws on.

It is strongly suspected that this newest Stronk Empowered Female will be revealed to be the Secret Bait-and-Switch Hero of the deliberately mistitled Obi-Wan Kenobi TV show.*

She didn't want to admit the problem is her determination to remake Star Wars into a Disney Princess Franchise, so she pretended the fan revolt is usually about race.

By the way: It's not the fans who need a lesson about racism.

It's Lucasfilm and Disney itself.

Here, Ezra Levant points out that in Lucasfilm's and Disney's marketing materials, they deliberately conceal black characters from their overseas audiences. For example, they put the mask over Black Panther's face so that overseas audiences wouldn't know they were going to see a movie starring An Black, and for The Last Jedi, they whitewashed Finn out of the poster entirely, so that audiences wouldn't know there was An Black in space at all.

Also... Kathleen Kennedy has stuck in a series of obvious self-inserts -- dark-haired white girls, who she gives a British accent to (the Star Wars "coding" as upper class) -- in all of her stupid, horrible movies.

The fact that she's finally realized that Black Women Exist seems like a Her Problem more than an Us Problem.

Do better, Lucasfilm/Disney.

Do better.

By the way, the Stronk Empowered Actress playing the Stronk Empowered Female Character was already calling the fans and franchise racist before anyone had even heard of her.

She thinks that Star Wars is suddenly diverse because she's in it? Has she heard of Lando Calrissian? Does James Earl Jones ring a bell, by any chance?

Transgender extremists sent Gina Carano insults and death-threats for seven months and Disney never defended her, not a single time, because Disney cultivates rabidly mentally ill transgender extremists as a fanbase. That's who they want the Star Wars audience to be.

Good luck with that. Gee, wonder why your audience continues to shrink.

* Vodkapundit says the problem is less about the Stronk Empowered Female adult and more about the Stronk Empowered Female child, the ten year old Leia, who is consistently defiant and walks all over Obi-Wan because all men in Star Wars are now laughable cvcks.

Oh, and apparently Obi-Wan is a total coward.

There's a pro wrestling term I've learned from the nerd culture bloggers. "Get him over." You "get a new wrestler over" when you get the fans to like him. A common method of "getting a new wrestler over" is to show he's a good wrestler by having him beat an established, veteran wrestler known to be a good wrestler. So the crowd goes, "Oh, this new guy must be good. He beat Brian 'the Newsman' Stelter."

Anyway, Disney just keeps pushing Stronk Female Heroes in Star Wars and in Marvel and they keep using the pro wrestling tactic of having them show up/humiliate/beat the established male characters to "get them over" with the crowd. And they've pulled this trick now 15 times, and it's not working anymore.

And people are tired of seeing the characters they actually like being humiliated just to prop up nobodies and never-wuzzes.

Frankly, this tactic never did work for Star Wars or Disney Marvel: No one believed Luke Skywalker being easily bested by Rey the Wonder-Jedi so their attempt to "get her over" with the audience failed. They just checked out of the story.

And I think everyone knows who the real hero of the new Thor movie will be. In fact, I think everyone knows who the real Thor in the new Thor movie will be.

Spoiler: It won't be Thor. It will be New Improved Stronk Empowered Female Thor.

This is the real problem. Not that people are suddenly offended to see a black face in Star Wars.

And the problem isn't even that there are women heroes in these things. The problem is that they constantly have to humiliate the male characters to show Wahmen Are Better.

There's no such thing as Equality at Disney. There is only Female Supremacy.

But Kathleen Kennedy and Disney don't want to admit the real problem -- or admit the things they're actually guilty of -- so accusing their dwindling fan base of invidious racism it is.
