This will certainly cause Putin to rethink his Ukrainian invasion. Disney Pausing Theatrical Releases In Russia Following Invasion Of Ukraine; ‘The Batman’ Still Opening Despite Economic Sanctions

Hollywood hasn’t been the most bullish about taking an action that would dent its bottom line, but Disney today has taken the bold move of pulling its theatrical releases from Russia temporarily in response to the country’s invasion of Ukraine.

We hear that other studios were scrambling to formulate their own strategies today. Disney here, has et the tone, issuing an economic ban against a market which minted over $445M at the box office last year, as much as $1.3 billion in 2013 (per Box Office Mojo).

“Given the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine and the tragic humanitarian crisis, we are pausing the release of theatrical films in Russia, including the upcoming Turning Red from Pixar.,” said Disney in a statement this afternoon, “We will make future business decisions based on the evolving situation. In the meantime, given the scale of the emerging refugee crisis, we are working with our NGO partners to provide urgent aid and other humanitarian assistance to refugees.”

The Big Apple, NYC, has an image problem.

A man smeared poop on a woman and different suspect was arrested after hammering another woman, in the latest of continued crimes in New York City’s subway system.

Surveillance footage released on Sunday shows the moment that a man wiped human feces on a 43-year-old victim while she was sitting on a bench inside the Wakefield-241st Street station in the Bronx.

The clip of from the incident around 5.15pm last Monday shows a man walking towards her with black plastic bag and then smashing the poop on her face without saying anything.

But oh no law abiding citizens cannot carry any type of weapon to protect themselves. Had "Poop Man" been shot in the act that story would have been Tonight's Feel Good Story of The Day.

Another big city with an image problem. Grunge is supposed to be a music genre not what your city looks like.

Videos from KOMO News reporter Jonathan Choe reveal the squalid conditions parts of downtown Seattle have turned into as homeless people openly use drugs and trash covers the street.

Over the weekend a friend was over for dinner. We started talking GOP 2024 candidates. I stated every time I hear about this guy, I like him more and more.

Florida has refused a request from President Biden to send its National Guard to help police Tuesday night’s State of the Union address.

Gov. Ron DeSantis said Monday that several governors had received requests to beef up security for the speech before saying “no.”

“Last week, the Biden Administration requested the assistance of State National Guards to deploy to Washington D.C. I have rejected this request — there will be no @FLGuard sent to D.C. for Biden’s State of the Union,” Mr. DeSantis said on Twitter.

The conception and birth of a child is a miracle. 2 births? Tonight's Feel Good Story of The Day.

Many people believe that women can't get conceive while already pregnant, and for the most part that's true, but it turns out that it is not always the case. In fact, one California mom, pregnant with a little girl, recently wound up getting pregnant with another baby.

Her name is Odalis and she told The Daily Mail that a few months after tragically suffering a miscarriage, she and her husband Antonio found out that she was pregnant again. Then, when she went to the doctor for her first scan, she got even more exciting news - that she was going to have two babies... but they weren't twins.

Odalis detailed the story, explaining how she had to go in for the scan without Antonio, due to COVID restrictions. Because of her earlier miscarriage, she was incredibly nervous they would find something wrong. The 25-year-old said:
