Doughy-Faced Dictator Trudeau Begins the Illegal Mass Arrest of Peaceful Protesters

Illegal, because the Canadian Charter of Human Rights guarantees the right to protest peacefully-- which the truckers have done.

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association objects to Castreau's declaration of dictatorial powers, stating that the predicate for the Emergencies Act is simply not met:

The federal government has not met the threshold necessary to invoke the Emergencies Act. This law creates a high and clear standard for good reason: the Act allows government to bypass ordinary democratic processes. This standard has not been met.

The Emergencies Act can only be invoked when a situation "seriously threatens the ability of the Government of Canada to preserve the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of Canada" & when the situation "cannot be effectively dealt with under any other law of Canada."

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) announced Thursday that it plans to sue the federal government over its decision to invoke the Emergencies Act in response to ongoing protests and blockades.

"Emergency powers cannot and must not be normalized," said CCLA executive director Noa Mendelsohn.

She said use of the act "seriously infringes on the Charter rights of Canadians."

This is why Trudeau has been so determined to claim that there was one single swastika at the event, and then claim, further, that the very sight of that swastika constituted "violence" against onlookers.*

It's possible that the Canadian Civil Liberties Association wins -- but it will come too late for the truckers. Dictators rely on the maxim It is better to beg forgiveness than to seek permission.

The Ottawa Police Department is reportedly beginning a sweep through downtown Ottawa to remove Freedom Convoy protesters that have occupied the area since late January.

Protest organizers operating the YouTube account Live From The Shed said on a livestream Friday morning that police officers are sweeping the streets, arresting protesters, and pushing others out of the secured area that law enforcement set up earlier this week. According to the protesters, tow trucks are stationed nearby and are believed to be waiting to clear the area of trucks.

Tow truck drivers had previously refused to tow the big rigs but the Dictator Trudeau threatened them with arrest, loss of license, and loss of their vehicles if they did not follow the Doughy-Faced Dictator's commands.

"It feels like the beginning of the end," Nate Hochman says.

Danny Polushuk of the Boyscast noted that the swastika he saw was a swastika painted on the Canadian flag- - intended to mean, "the Canadian government is acting like Nazis." Not a pro-Nazi flag.

So yes, this is all bullshit. Claiming to have spotted a Nazi flag is Trudeau's pretext to actually go full Nazi.
