The Morning Report - 2/11/22

Good morning, kids. The weekend is here and while the incitement, lies and threats of violence at the Canadian border Mexican standoff ramp up - coming exclusively from tyrannical politicians and their media remora on both sides of the 49th parallel - over here my blood is rising beyond a slow simmer. Because those who wrap themselves in the skin-suit of peace, love and understanding while strutting, preening and posing as the champions of freedom and justice aren't fooling anyone. What potentially could happen in Canada, what Justin Castreau is praying will happen up there, happened here on January 6th, 2021. The Democrat/Globalist Axis committed murder that day, figuratively in snuffing out the last vestige of the American republic, and quite literally in the political martyrdom of Ashli Babbit and Roseanne Boyland. They've gotten away with Babbitt and now they've gotten away with Boyland. To add insult to injury, they've assassinated her character as well.

The beating of an unconscious Trump supporter by a DC Metropolitan Police Department officer on January 6 was deemed to be "objectively reasonable" after an investigation by the department's Internal Affairs Bureau, The Epoch Times has learned.

The Internal Affairs investigation was opened in September 2021 based on a complaint filed by a Texas man who assembled video evidence of the officer striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland with a steel baton and a large wooden stick at the entrance to the West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga., was pinned under a pile of protesters who fled the tunnel when police deployed a crowd-control gas. After several minutes of being crushed by the weight of other fallen protesters, Boyland lost consciousness and stopped breathing, witnesses have said.

Boyland traveled to Washington D.C. that day to attend the "Stop the Steal" rally and hear then-President Donald Trump speak at the Ellipse. She became trapped in a crowd that sought entry to the Capitol through the West Terrace tunnel.

As Boyland lay unconscious on the ground DC Metro Police Officer Lila Morris repeatedly struck her with a steel baton and what appeared to be a wooden walking stick, according to a video recording.

The sudden attack horrified Boyland's friend and traveling companion, Justin Winchell, who pleaded with police and protesters to provide first aid to Boyland. Police bodycam video shows Winchell's shock when he saw Morris strike Boyland in the head.

"She's gonna die! She's gonna die! . . . I need somebody! She's dead!" Winchell cried.

Boyland was not pronounced dead until more than 90 minutes later, although she appeared lifeless when police dragged her body from the West Terrace tunnel entrance into the Capitol at 4:31 p.m.

I'm going to state this right here and right now, for the record: What happened inside and in the immediate vicinity of the Capitol Building was a premeditated false flag/Reichstag Fire event staged by the Democrat Globalist Axis. Ashli Babbit, Roseanne Boyland and the dozens of others who followed Antifa/BLM confederates of the FBI into the building were merely unwitting dupes and pawns guilty of no more than misdemeanor trespassing at worst. The latter are still rotting in jail over a year later, habeas corpus be damned, and the former are dead. Meanwhile, scum posing as peace officers Michael Byrd and this Lila Morris are hailed as heroes.

And yet, when cities and citizens are Burned, Looted and Murdered, Darren Wilson, Derek Chauvin, Kim Potter and others are "white supremacists" representative of institutional, ingrained racism since 1619 meant to keep black people down. But I digress. In the immortal words of Keith and Mick "every cop is a criminal and all the sinners saints."

As for the Capitol Police, they're nothing more than a uniformed goon squad posing as a Federal agency, with the backing of the House and Senate. On January 6th, 2021, the House was controlled by Malig-Nancy Pelosi, but the Senate was run by . . . Mitch McConnell:

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) (born 1942) on Tuesday attacked the Republican National Committee for censuring two house Republicans, Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) and Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) for their cooperation with the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack.

McConnell in effect adopted the position of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) (born 1940), which is that the events of January 6, 2021 constitute an attempted coup d'etat. "It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next," McConnell said.

The half-naked man in the buffalo hat howling from the well of the Senate is not just Pelosi's Reichstag Fire. It is not just Joe Biden's (born 1942) Reichstag Fire. It's McConnell's Reichstag Fire. It's the entire 80-something, I-am-never-letting-go-of-power crowd's Reichstag Fire.

Indeed, for the second time in less than five years, an 80-something Republican senator has directly attacked his own party's base, with venal dishonesty, on a matter so fundamental that without it the party might as well not exist. . .

. . . The J6 committee is using its legislative subpoena powers to end run the Fourth Amendment as a companion tactic to the Justice Department's use of pre-trial detention to end run the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments. Both are tactics to intimidate, cow, and in some cases imprison McConnell's own party and its base.

In attacking his own, McConnell trades on the political capital he has accumulated as a result of his reputation for ruthless tactics -- he is known as "Murder Turtle" for his cold scalpel and hostaet procedural deadliness -- with respect to the appointment of judges. One is tempted to ask, what is the value of that? Are there really no others who could do that? Indeed, there are. And, more importantly, where are those judges now? Nowhere.

The stacking of the bench with a presidential term's worth of careerist "conservatives" who got where they were by avoiding risk all their lives has done nothing to impede the evisceration of the Bill of Rights following January 6, to impede the Biden [junta's] lawless facilitation of illegal immigration, or to restore the separation of powers.

Preach it, brother Jay Whig. What McConnell and all the other traitors, flunkies and sell-outs in the GOP, on the bench and elsewhere have done to this nation and its people potentially sets them up to suffer the same fate as Babitt and Boyland. Last week, CBD and I had dueling editorials about the nature of vengeance and justice, which we talked about on the last episode of our podcast. While I don't quibble with the severity of the punishment, CBD points out the notion that we will once again have equal justice under a just and stable law is right out the window. It's been rubbed in our faces time and time again and in declaring Roseanne Boyland's death at the hands of this filthy Stormtrooper with a badge, whom I'm sure everyone's favorite fey fraud Lindsay Graham (who wanted the DC cops to open fire on the unarmed protesters) fantasizes about having her roger him with a strap-on while watching videotape of Roseanne Boyland drawing her last breath, there can be no denying it.

It's not that there are two justice systems in America. There's NO justice system in America. Those at the top seek to subjugate the citizenry either by illegal bureaucratic edicts or unconstitutional laws both given the Good Maus-keeping Seal of Approval by the hacks-in-black SCOTUS, or via entrapment scams concocted by local apple-robbers all the way up to the pros at the FBI. Failing that, they've legalized violent crime in the streets to make you cry uncle. Uncle Joe, that is. Biden or Stalin, either way.

Speaking of the FBI and evil, glassy-eyed tyrants drunk on their own power trips, real journalist Julie Kelly has this update:

For months, the lawyer representing Kaleb Franks -- one of six men charged with conspiring to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020 -- has produced some of the most detailed and damning reports to make a case for FBI entrapment. Defense attorneys last year discovered that at least a dozen FBI agents and informants were intimately involved in the abduction plot, brought to a dramatic conclusion in October 2020 when the men were arrested after an FBI informant drove them to meet an undercover FBI agent to buy materials for explosives.

With the trial date just weeks away, the Justice Department's case is imploding amid numerous scandals. 

The timing could not be worse for the government, especially the FBI, which is now under scrutiny for its suspected role in fomenting the Capitol breach on January 6, 2021. After all, the two events share many similarities, including plans to "storm" Michigan's state Capitol building, the use of militia groups reportedly loyal to Donald Trump, and official designations that both represent "domestic terror" attacks.

So a public trial that showcases FBI malfeasance at the same time the bureau is shunning questions about January 6 won't be a reassuring look.

For example, FBI officials won't disclose the number of "assets" connected to the Capitol protest or whether any FBI agents or informants engaged in violent behavior that day. Provocateurs, including Ray Epps, seen on video several times urging people to enter the building, remain uncharged. Yet the FBI refuses to explain why.

Ah yes, Gretchen "Wretched" Whitmer. Imelda Marcos without the shoe collection. And as we Psaki-Psircle back to the top, look what she's itching for now:

Mayor of Windsor, Ontario, Drew Dilkens, said in a press conference Thursday that Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer offered to help remove protestors blocking the Ambassador Bridge for the past several days.

The bridge is a key border between the U.S. and Canada currently occupied by convoy truckers in protest of Canada's [Chinese] COVID-19 mandates. The protest, called the Freedom Convoy, began in Ottawa and has since gone international.

I'd laugh my ass off if the operators of the heavy equipment declared solidarity with the truckers.
