Kim Foxx Told Jussie Smollett's Sister: Jussie Should be "Fine" as Far as Criminal Charges, As Long as He Keeps His Story Consistent

Even after Kim Foxx knew Jussie Smollet was lying, and even as she was corruptly scheming to drop charges in a slam-dunk case, she coached the defendant: just stick to your lie, don't change your story, and that will make it easier for me to avoid filing charges.

That was the gist, at least.

John Sexton has a detailed post about the various improprieties Special Prosecutor Dan Webb found in Kim Foxx's handling of the Smollett cases -- he says he cannot find evidence of criminal wrongdoings, but he finds plenty of ethical ones -- and among them is what can't really seen as anything but Foxx coaching Smollett through his sister.

All of this happened after Foxx issued a fake recusal from the case and designated Magats to run it in her stead. The report also concludes that Foxx lied about her communications with Jussie Smollett's sister Jurnee Smollett:

State's Attorney Foxx learned by February 8, 2019 that Mr. Smollett had become a suspect in CPD's investigation, yet she continued communicating with Ms. Smollett through February 13, 2019 including via five text messages and three phone calls. State's Attorney Foxx then made false statements to the media claiming she ceased all communications with Ms. Smollett as soon as she learned that Mr. Smollett was a suspect in CPD's investigation and no longer merely a victim."

There were two interesting conversations on that final day of calls between Foxx and Jurnee Smollett. First, that morning they had a 14-minute call in which Smollett asked if Foxx knew anything about the two suspects in the case. "They're white, right?" Jurnee Smollett asked. Kim Foxx said they were not. The report adds, "Ms. Smollett said they then had a discussion about the skin color and potential nationality of the two suspected attackers." Kim Foxx denied telling Ms. Smollett anything about the suspects.

Foxx is giving Smollett a lot of information about what the prosecution knows about his crime.

Helping the criminal by giving him a heads up about what the detectives and prosecutors know.

Seems kosher.

Later that same night, Jurnee Smollett and Kim Foxx had a second call during which Smollett could immediately tell that something had changed.

Ms. Smollett said that when she asked if Mr. Smollett was now a suspect, State's Attorney Foxx reponded: "Your brother should be fine as long as he stays consistent."

Kim Foxx claimed not to remember this call at all and denied saying Jussie Smollett would be "fine." Ultimately, there's plenty of evidence Kim Foxx and others in her office were lying about the dismissal of the case but the special prosecutor couldn't find evidence that the outcome was motivated by her discussions with outsiders. That doesn't mean it wasn't, only that the special prosecutor didn't find evidence to prove it.

Kim Foxx is a corrupt liar and perjurer.

Of course, she's a Soros prosecutor.

In other Soros Prosecutor news: Citizens have filed a former petition demanding that Wisconsin Governor Tommy Evers remove Milwaukee County DA John Chisholm. Chisolm released repeat violent offender and psychopath Darrel Brooks on a nominal $1000 bail after he ran down his girlfriend and mother of his child in an SUV.

And then Brooks' SUV escaped to run kill eight people at a Christmas parade.

Milwaukee County residents have officially asked Governor Tony Evers to fire District Attorney John Chisholm. Evers says he'll take the complaint seriously.

Wisconsin state law allows the governor to oust a district attorney for cause, but it requires a verified complaint filed by a taxpayer of the jurisdiction, which then starts a process. That document was handed over to the governor, asking Evers to remove Chisholm from office.

For weeks, FOX6 asked Evers if h''d fire Chisholm.

"We have a process, simple," Evers said on Dec. 6. "I get a letter from somebody in the county requesting that process be initiated, and we'll initiate it."

Now, he's got it.

Chisholm is reportedly another Soros-funded prosecutor.

Soon after taking office in Boston, Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins published a list of 15 crimes that she would refuse to prosecute except under special circumstances. Among the charges on her "do not prosecute" list was drug trafficking, malicious destruction of property, trespassing, driving with a revoked license, and resisting arrest. Rollins also declared that she was "going to battle" against the U.S. attorney in Massachusetts and has slandered Boston police officers as "murderers" before accusing the department of "white fragility."

Unsurprisingly, Boston's violent crime rate surged shortly after Rollins took over, as the number of murders in Boston skyrocketed by 38% in 2020. As Rollins implemented leniency for drug trafficking, opioid overdose deaths increased by 32% in Suffolk County. As a reward for her ineptitude and extremism, President Biden nominated her to run the U.S. Attorney's office in Massachusetts, the very office she had gone "to battle" against only months before. Every Democrat in the Senate voted to confirm her.

Another Soros prosecutor, Philadelphia's District Attorney Larry Krasner, came to office after suing the Philadelphia Police Department 75 times as a private citizen. He began his tenure by purging dozens of veteran prosecutors in his office and then slashed his jurisdiction's prison population by over 30%. In most cases, Krasner also refuses to seek bail for accused criminals and has maintained a highly antagonistic relationship with the police, once accusing the Fraternal Order of Police lodge president of being "with the Proud Boys."

The number of homicides in Philadelphia has increased every year that Krasner has been DA. Last year, the murder rate rose 40% and this year it reached an all-time high.
