Here's the video of Bret Baier mentioning the Fifth Circuit affirming their previous stay (from last Friday, with no more details, except the "staggeringly overbroad" description of Biden's order.

Remember, last week's stay ordered the government to submit a briefing as to why the court should not continue the stay. The court has now considered their briefing, and rejected it.

The drive to collect signatures to recall Boudin was led by Democrats, including two Democrats who quit Boudin's DA office complaining of his soft-on-crime hard-on-for-crime policy, so... maybe he might actually be recalled?

About two weeks ago, the group Safer SF Without Boudin announced it had already gathered 83,487 signatures from San Francisco voters who want to recall Boudin -- well over the 30,000 needed to for the June ballot.

The relief from crime is still far off -- the election won't happen until... June 7, 2022.

Plenty of time for Boudin to spring more murderers and rapists out of jail.

In the worst-case scenario, agents who have not reported their status have done so because they refuse to take the jab, and so they will be terminated (scenario 3). In that case, net attrition could exceed 11,523 agents, leaving a mere 8,013 border agents on patrol.

In other words, the vaccine mandate and the normal rate of attrition could cost CBP a whopping 59% of its border patrol agents – in the middle of a border crisis.
