CNN and the Whole Corrupt Media Establishment Spins on Behalf of DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, Covering Up Her Violation of Her Own Masking Rule

This is two days old, but it's important.

After DC Mayor Muriel Bowser was caught, red-handed, not wearing a mask at an indoor event after just imposing indoor masking on her city, CNN went into full Defense Lawyer mode, claiming (without evidence!) that maybe she had just temporarily taken the mask off because it was "a toast."

I repeat: There is no evidence whatsoever for this claim. They're straight-up making it up.

In fact, CNN should certainly know that their spin is false, because they had their own reporter at the wedding as a guest, and that reporter is observing the mafia code of omerta. More on that later.

As mentioned, CNN actually had a reporter at the event, and therefore knew that Bowser was violating her own mask mandate.

But, of course, they did not report that. They left that up to the Washington Examiner, who acted on leak of photographs and video of Bowser.

Kate Bennett is not confirming nor denying that Bowser went maskless during the reception. Or that the entire gathered crowd went maskless.

A "journalist" who is in a perfect position to report on a highly relevant story is straight-up refusing to report. Everything to protect the Democrat Party and The Regime that rules us.

Video proves that Bowser wasn't in the middle of "a toast" or eating or drinking or anything while not wearing her mask. She like all other members of the Inner Party were just ignoring their own diktats.

I like how another leftwing outlet, The Washingtonian, attempts to debunk the photographic proof of maskless celebrating by saying, "the Examiner didn't even have an official invite!!!"

Burn. I guess that makes the leaked photographs and video Russian Fakes, huh?

I thought this response from a "doctor" -- an Ed.D., a "doctor of education," like Jill Biden -- is pretty emblematic of discourse in 2021:
