Quick Hits: Now Apple Pie Is Racist Edition

Another huge DeathSantis victory as Florida schoolboard passes his rule to ban the teaching of leftist "approved" racism in schools, such as the fraudulent, racist "1619 Project."

The rule reads: "Instruction on the required topics must be factual and objective and may not suppress or distort significant historical events, such as the Holocaust, and may not define American history as something other than the creation of a new nation based largely on universal principles stated in the Declaration of Independence."

The rule came as part of a broader push by DeSantis and other Republicans to eliminate what they say are manifestations of critical race theory in schools. DeSantis' office told Fox News that the rule excludes the term "critical race theory" because "CRT isn't the only issue."

"No child should be classified as a 'victim' or 'oppressor' based on their race or ethnicity," said DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw.

"Race essentialism in any form is destructive, especially in a diverse society where each person should be judged only by the content of their character, not the color of their skin."

Rupert Murdoch's heir, James Murdoch, spent $20 million of his money, which of course almost all comes from Fox, in direct expenditures to defeat Trump, and funneled another $100 million into a leftwing group.

Victor Davis Hanson has #Triggered the left and particularly the feminist left for saying that America is suffering from a "prolonged adolescence," and that the US fertility rate is plunging because stunted spoiled-brat Millennials like AOC want to remain children forever themselves, and therefore don't have children of their own. Roasted Tater: CSPAN viewers call up to Mass-Bully the hapless CNN Plus-Sized Propagandist. Skip to 3:13.

Here are some of the roasts:

CNN's "Reliable Sources" host Brian Stelter was humiliated on Tuesday when he appeared on C-SPAN' "Washington Journal," only to have callers completely torch him on live television.

One caller kicked things off by phoning in to confront Stelter about last week’s CNN chyron, "Fiery but mostly peaceful protests after police shooting." This chyron was put up despite the fact that CNN was simultaneously showing burning buildings in Kenosha, Wisconsin that had been set on fire by protesters.

The caller held nothing back as he attacked Stelter, calling him "Humpty Dumpty" and "a stooge," adding, "We all know you're not reliable." The CNN host responded by admitting that the chyron was a "mistake," according to Fox News.

Although he admitted it was "wrong," he did not admit anyone was at fault. Note that this is how the press always handles its many, many, many "mistakes."

He immediately said that the person who wrote the chyron was " probably a young producer who's trying their best under deadline in a breaking news situation." He then suggested the problem with the chyron was not that it was a terrorist-apologist lie, but that it could be "easily mocked."

Game of Throne actress and apparent SJW actress Emilia Clarke has written -- or, perhaps, hired people to write -- an SJW comic with the totally-never-been-covered-before themes of feminism and normalizing and celebrating menstruation.

Because feminists never have thought to make the period into "art."

And because no feminist has ever made a comic book in which a feminist gains comic-book super-powers from her period.

This has all been done. This has all been done, and done, and done, and done, and done some more, but every time someone does it again, they decorate themselves in Stunning medals and Brave ribbons.

[H]er superhero powers are manifestations of the side effects from menstruation.

"The bloating, the hair growth, the mood swings, the [acne], all of it," Clarke explains. "We hate that when it happens, speaking for myself and everyone I've ever met who has had a period. What if we turned that around and made the period something that we can feel as this unique, crazy, superhuman thing that happens in our body? When Maya is scared, she goes invisible, when she's angry, she has superhuman strength. She can swing like Spider-Man from her armpit hair."

She added that the comic aims to normalize menstruation so that it has far less of a social stigma.

I can think of nowhere in the Western world where it's a "social stigma." I know it's a pain for women, and sometimes indirectly men. I cannot think of a single person who thinks, "Let's shun her due to her period."

Literally no one says this. Except, perhaps, in the barbaric corners of the third world.

But I'm quite sure this SJW feminist doesn't have those people in mind.

By the way, the previous menstruation super-power comic? Yeah, the authoress was attacked by transgenders for not featuring transwomen as among the women who get super-powers from their periods. I imagine this is because of the fact that trans "women" do not have periods, as they are not women.

But she was forced to apologize anyway, and deleted her twitter account.

So, Emilia -- I sure hope your heroine is actually a trans-heroine! Otherwise, there will be #Cancellation.

Anything white people like is now racist. Their toxic, parasitic "White supremacy" virus infects everything, including pies.

Raj Patel, who has been called (seriously) a "rock star of social justice writing," is definitely not a hateful racist paranoid himself:

Patel discuses something called "commodity fetish" which he claims if you "Scratch the surface of a bar of chocolate, a tuna sandwich, or even a chicken nugget, you find the horrors of international trade: violence, exploitation, poverty and profit."

The same thing goes for apple pie. Patel says, "The apple pie is as American as stolen land, wealth and labor. We live its consequences today."

Patel explores the "bloody" origins of the delicious--I mean, racist pie. Examining every bit of hate the pie holds, from the apples to the sugar and even the gingham cloth it is traditionally served with.

"Doctor" Jill Biden trolled Melania Trump yesterday. She wore a "LOVE" jacket, widely taken -- almost certainly accurately -- as a troll against Melania Trump, who wore a jacket with the words "i don't care do u?" on their back while also on an overseas trip as first lady.

Melania should troll her back by wearing a jacket emblazoned with all the misspellings and grammatical mistakes in her "doctoral" mid-term.

And yes, I said mid-term, not dissertation. "Doctor" Jill Biden enrolled in a Very Special "Doctoral" program in which a dissertation was not required, but merely a short paper on the level of a middle-school book review.

Joe Biden apparently gets lost in Corwall, and needs "Doctor" Jill to call out to him to let him know where to go.
