Government Stormtroopers Raid Home of Completely-Innocent Couple With Guns Drawn, Demanding They Turn Over... Nancy Pelosi's Laptop

Paul and Marilyn Hueper, owners of Homer Inn & Spa, woke with a start at 9 a.m. April 28 when a dozen armed FBI agents kicked down their front door in an investigation associated with Rep. Nancy Pelosi's stolen laptop, which was taken during the Jan. 6 siege of the nation's Capitol.

Speaking April 29 to Kenai-based radio host Bob Bird of the Bird's Eye View, Paul recalled that he was alarmed and shocked to come out of his bedroom with seven guns pointing at him and his wife.

"It was a little alarming when I turned around the corner," Paul said. "The first thing they did was start barking out commandments."

Ultimately, the couple was handcuffed and interrogated for the better part of three hours before being released. In the end, it was a case of mistaken identity.

The Huepers were in D.C. for the rally with President Trump, but they never came close to entering the Capitol, and certainly never took Pelosi's laptop.

It appears the FBI were most interested in Marilyn. They had a photo of a woman wearing the same coat as her, and with a similar hairstyle. The photo was taken from Capitol building cameras, according to Marilyn, but beyond the hair and coat, there is little similarity between Marilyn and the woman photographed inside the Capitol.

The entire saga, however, left the Huepers disoriented but determined to better understand and defend their personal liberties and those of their friends and neighbors.

Paul said he repeatedly asked to see a search warrant but was denied until two and a half hours had gone by.

The US government has finally found an enemy it can defeat in war: American citizens.

Very much relatedly, Rudy Giuliani is the third Trump lawyer to have had privileged documents seized by the state, in contravention of established protocols.

In the interview below, two very interesting points are made:

1, The warrant authorized the agents to seize all electronics from Giuliani. But they refused to seize hard drives containing copies of Hunter Biden's laptop hard drive.

Rudy Giuliani specifically asked, "Don't you want these, too?" but the government agents expressly refused to take Hunter Biden's hard drive in to their possession.

They want the government to be able to keep claiming "We've never seen the hard drives, so we have no comment."

This is fine.

2, Tucker Carlson points out that while they're attempting to get Rudy Giuliani on a failure-to-file-FARA-disclosures rap -- FARA requires people working as lobbyists or agents for foreigners to disclose this to the government, unless they're Democrats -- one person we know for a fact worked for the Ukrainians and the Chinese and never filed a FARA disclosure is Hunter Biden.

So they're framing a man who exposed Hunter Biden on a FARA rap, while protecting Hunter Biden himself from a FARA rap.

It actually gets worse: Giuliani now reports that the government executed a "covert warrant" to spy on his electronic communications... while he was acting as legal counsel to the president in an impeachment action.

After collecting his electronic devices, and two of someone else's devices, Giuliani asked them if they wanted Hunter Biden's hard drive, and the agents exclaimed "no, no, no!"

Giuliani, who had looked over the search warrant was convinced that they fell within the scope of the subpoena.

"The subpoena required them to take all the electronics, but they decided to leave that behind,' Giuliani noted. "And they were also completely content to rely on my word that these were Hunter Biden’s hard drives," he continued. "I mean they could have been Donald Trump's. They could have Been Vladimir Putin's! They could have been anybody's, but they relied on me, the man who had to be raided in the morning."
