In Response to Durham's Request for Documents, DNI John Ratcliffe Turns Over a "Foot-Tall Binder" Containing "Hundreds and Hundreds of Pages" for DOJ Inspection

I don't know if they'll find anything here, but it is heartening to see a federal official actually obey Trump's orders instead of continually defying them.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Wednesday made available to the Justice Department a massive cache of records on the investigation into Russia's role in the 2016 election after President Trump pushed for swift release of such documents.

"It's probably about a foot-tall binder. Hundreds and hundreds of pages," a source told The Post. "It's made available to DOJ immediately."

Justice Department investigators must cross Washington to review the material on-site at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in McLean, Virginia.

In a statement issued Wednesday, Ratcliffe said his office "has now provided almost 1,000 pages of materials to the Department of Justice in response to [Connecticut US Attorney John] Durham's documents requests."

Compare Ratcliffe's responsiveness to Durham's requests to Wray's (FBI) and Haspel's (CIA) perpetual slow-walking of documents.

I'm not sure if this anything, but @adamhousley claimed last week that a retired senior State Department official attempted to alert the FBI that classified information was being misused by the Clinton Foundation.

They ignored him.

Adam Housley @adamhousley

Exclusive: early Jan 2017, a Retired SR state department official wrote a letter to the FBI as a whistleblower after he uncovered evidence he says showed classified info was being misused by the Clinton Foundation.

Two weeks later after he got no response, he walked into the FBI office in DC to deliver the intelligence/info in person. This info/intelligence was completely ignored by James Comey & Peter Strzok. He also alleges he has proof of lying to Congress. He was not low level.

You'll see this story more in depth in other places in the next few days. Again it shows the pick and choose power play in DC that crosses party lines. You heard it here first tho.
