As New York City Chokes On Its Own Filth, Cuomo Offers to Send in the National Guard.
But Only to Pick Up Garbage.

Not the human garbage. I mean the kind of filthy garbage that spreads disease.

No, the other filthy garbage that spreads disease. Not antifa and Burn Loot Murder, I mean.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says he is ready to send the National Guard into New York City to pick up the trash piling up on streets and sidewalks after complaints to his office about the garbage have mounted.

The economic fallout from the pandemic resulted in a $25 million cut from the Sanitation Department's budget in July. That meant a 60% reduction in pickups of public trash baskets. Baskets were being emptied every day pre-pandemic, now that may happen only three times a week.

"Garbage piling up, literally, people saying there is an odiferous environment because of the garbage piling up," said Cuomo. "I don't know what's going on in New York City. If they can't do it, I have offered to send in the National Guard to help pick up the garbage."

Meanwhile, the communist destroyer DeBlasio says he'll now send out "Mask Patrols" to fine people, besides himself or other well-connected persons, for not wearing masks.

He says it's all part of his Drive The Few Remaining Holdouts Out of This Shithole Initiative.

Patrols will start issuing fines to people who refuse to wear masks even after being offered a free mask and a warning that not wearing it will result in a fine.

"That will happen aggressively. Clearly, our goal, of course, is to give everyone a free face mask and get them to wear it," de Blasio said.

Your goal is to intimidate the populace and accustomize them to an aggressively controlling and threatening communist God-Government.

A few weeks ago (warning: unpublished stuff from weeks ago now being published) #Based NYC small business owners, who DeBlasio has been gleefully killing, painted the street with a banner reading "F*** Cuomo and DeBlasio:

Fed-up New Yorkers painted a massive stretch of Brooklyn blacktop with the yellow message "F-k Cuomo and de Blasio" over the weekend in the vein of Hizzoner's "Black Lives Matter" art, only for the city to quickly scrub the statement.

The not-so-subtle shout-out to Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio went up around 1 a.m. Saturday on North 15th Street between Wythe Avenue and Banker Street in Williamsburg, during the waning hours of an annual block party which this year doubled as a "small business owner protest," one attendee told The Post.

As you probably know, the law permits the state only to limit speech based on considerations of "time, place, and manner." You are not allowed to discriminate based on viewpoint, or the substance of the message offered.

Bill DeBlasio permitted the "Black Lives Matter" street graffiti but now scrubs a message critical of his (mal)administration.

You cannot favor a BLM protest over a "small business owner protest." Either both can protest --and both can paint the streets -- or neither can.

That's classic viewpoint discrimination, and it's illegal in our Constitutional scheme, but the left has decided none of that matters any longer and it's all now just Will to Power and handing out favors to tribes that support the Inner Party, and handing out indictments to tribes that oppose them.

But it's a Crisis and that means the Constitution is no longer in operation, right?
