The Morning Report - 7/16/20

Good morning, kids. Thursday and there's a lot of ground to cover so here we go. First up, with most Americans now turned off by the Leftists looking to reenact Dresden '45, it looks as if the thugs on the Left have taken the attitude of "the beatings will continue until morale improves." Yesterday, participants in a completely peaceful (as opposed to the signature "mostly peaceful" rioting and looting of the Left) "unity rally" comprised of community and law enforcement activists and clergy were set upon and beaten by BLM goons as they were making their way across the Brooklyn Bridge.

Here's a shining example of what we refer to in the trade as "irony":

...Police photos of the aftermath showed a lieutenant with a bloodied face, a detective holding a bandage to his head, and a bicycle officer helping a fellow officer dress a head wound. [NYPD Chief Terence] Monahan, who last month kneeled in a show of solidarity with protesters, sustained injuries to his hand...

Terence Monahan happens to be the highest ranking uniformed officer in the NYPD. And not even a month ago, he took a knee for these scum. I don't care what his excuses were, protecting his career or his pension or whatever. Just like the bastard top brass at the DoD who abrogate their oaths rather than stand on principle, Monahan should have resigned rather than debase himself the way he did,, or refuse to kneel and be fired. If what happened to him on the Brooklyn Bridge isn't a wake-up call, then he's hopeless.

Also of note is the fact that video surveillance footage clearly shows several of the terrorists receiving baseball bats from a car parked near the site of the rally beforehand. It's not clear if the bats were used in the attack on the bridge but it's crystal clear that the intention was to use them at the rally itself. These people are well funded, organized and protected legally and politically. At a certain point, and I think we are perhaps past it, they will operate openly and with impunity; and they'll be using firearms instead of baseball bats. Don't try to defend yourself either lest you wind up like the couple in St. Louis.

Meanwhile in Portland, the terrorists attempted to seize a courthouse but had to settle for a park to set up another CHAZ/CHOP. In the melee, a US Marshal got struck three times with a hammer, while back in DC some cupcake trying to torch an unmarked police car managed to set himself on fire instead. Good. I hope it's excruciating and he's scarred for life. Sorry if I'm not feeling charitable. In fact, it's taking every ounce of my strength not to express my sentiments as well as what I think ought to happen to anyone and everyone that is hell bent on shoving me into a gulag or a mass grave.

Also of note, the National Association of Police Organizations, which had endorsed Obama and Biden in '08 and '12 have dumped Dr. Jill's Demento and are backing President Trump. Running on law and order is a political winner and a huge one. Biden, or whoever is pulling is strings, are not only weak on crime, by backing BLM, Antifa and the abolish police platform by definition means they are criminals themselves. QED.

And then there's the psychological warfare campaign in the form of the Chinese Coronavirus Pandemic that never was. You say I'm a science denier? Hmm...

Hundreds of labs in Florida reported to the state that 100%of people they tested for [Chinese] Covid-19 had the virus, according to a new investigation by FOX 35 News. Other testing centers reported positivity rates upwards of 80 and 90%. In actuality, the positivity rates for most testing centers were often under 10% and usually under 20%...

Over 200 testing centers in Florida reported 100% positivity rates. In most cases, the testing centers completely failed to include the number of negative test results...

Meanwhile, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has been criticized for allowing the state to begin reopening as the number of new daily cases rose from about 2,000 in mid-June to a peak of 15,300 on July 12...

First, the demonizing by the media of states that opened fails to note that the alleged spike in cases is a result of people fleeing New York and other Democrat petri dishes. Second, and more importantly, you can bet that this is not an anomaly and that it's probably happened and still happening in all 57 states as well as Peruvia and Lower Slobovia. It's a total farce and a scam in order to keep America scared and locked down as well as for hospitals to collect federal money by inflating the number of patients.

And yet, the lockdowns continue, along with the call for masks everywhere and the refusal to open schools despite children being essentially immune (for lack of a better word) to infection. The numbers are in and the science is settled (heh). This virus is marginally more serious than seasonal flu. What's being done is the moral and political equivalent of a hate crime: so lethal and horrible that they have to fake the numbers to prove it.
