Gorsuch, Roberts Join Liberals To Declare That "Sex" Does Not Mean "Sex," But Gender Attraction and Gender Identity

Basically they outlawed the concept of women.

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court unilaterally redefined "sex" in federal law to mean "sexual orientation" and "gender identity." In Bostock v. Clayton County (2020), a 6-3 majority ruled that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity violates Title VII’s prohibition on sex discrimination.

If Title VII does not mean you can't discriminate on the basis of "sex" but against "gender identity," then that means Title IX-- which is supposed to protect girls and women in sports and education -- means that biological men can compete with girls.

When Congress wrote "sex," they meant sex. If they want to change it to include gender attraction and "gender identity," they can-- but Congress does NOT want to.

The liberals in Congress want to, but Congress as a whole does not.

So the liberals on the Supreme Court -- who apparently include not just Roberts but Gorsuch -- decided they would rewrite the law for them.
