"I've Never Seen This Level of Doom:" Democrats In Outright "Panic Mode" After Communist Bernie Sanders Wins Nevada By a Huge Margin
Is it still racist to say that the Democrat nominee is a socialist and is communism-curious?
Moderate Democrats watched in horror as Bernie Sanders soared to a landslide victory in Nevada.
It wasn't the win that was surprising -- it was the walloping Sanders gave his opponents, his ability to dominate among Latino voters, and the momentum he gained moving into South Carolina and Super Tuesday. The performance sent already worried Democrats into a full-blown panic.
As NeverTrump/GOPe/Open Borders "Conservatives" have long instructed us: Latinos are natural Republicans.
Except, you know, for their strong preference for socialism.
Oh yeah, and also except for their more-liberal-than-the-US-average attitude on social issues.
And of course apart from their prioritization of open borders or very loose border enforcement.
Except for those three things, Latinos are natural Republicans, and obviously we should throw open the gates and allow in all of these Natural Conservative Voters.
"In 30-plus years of politics, I’ve never seen this level of doom. I've never had a day with so many people texting, emailing, calling me with so much doom and gloom," said Matt Bennett of the center-left group Third Way after Sanders' win in Nevada.
Bennett said moderates firmly believe a Sanders primary win would seal Donald Trump's reelection. "It's this incredible sense that we're hurtling to the abyss. I also think we could lose the House. And if we do, there would be absolutely no way to stop [Trump]. Today is the most depressed I've ever been in politics."
Bernie Sanders topped off his Nevada win by praising Fidel Castro. At Morning Greatness:
Fresh off his big Nevada win, Bernie appeared on "60 Minutes" offering what CNN calls a “partial defense” of Fidel Castro. "It’s unfair to simply say everything is bad" said Sanders. Okay.
"We're very opposed to the authoritarian nature of Cuba, but, you know, it's unfair to simply say everything is bad," the Vermont senator told Cooper, responding to the clip. "You know? When Fidel Castro came into office, you know what he did? He had a massive literacy program. Is that a bad thing? Even though Fidel Castro did it?" Of course, because of those who were not killed or imprisoned, they have high literacy rates that can be used to read government approved literature.
"A lot of dissidents imprisoned in Cuba," Cooper noted.
Morning Greatness also notes that if there were any irregularities in the Nevada caucus count, you won't know about them -- the Nevada State Democrat Party forced everyone to sign non-disclosure agreements forbidding them from talking about problems.
"Dead Party Walking: From Ignoramus:
Bernie is a near certainty to get the D nomination because of the Ds 15% rule. In fact, this will be settled next Tuesday
Eg. If Bernie get 20% of the vote, and no one else gets over 15%, Bernie gets all the delegates. The field is so split, that an outcome like this is what will happen.
Bloomberg is about to split the field even more, without crossing 15% himself. Its the biggest Own Goal in political history and will only cost him $500 million.
