Democrat Debate: Bloomberg Rising! And Then: Bloomberg Falling, and Falling, and Failing....
Update: A lot of attacks in the debate. Bernie Sanders is target #1, but he's blasting "Mayor Pete" as a corporate tool in response. Bloomberg is target #2.
Joe Biden is barely even present. No one is even mentioning him.
There's a lot of whining about Sanders' "Bernie Bros" supporters. A lot of the same bullshit we heard from the NeverTrumpers and liberals about Trump supporters.
Bernie Sanders response to this? Maybe these are Russian trolls seeking to undermine me.
They're effectively calling Bloomberg "racist" and saying he's the same as Trump, "only richer."
That will annoy Trump.
Bloomberg is defending racial targeting in stop and frisk by saying that his authoritarian obsession of taking all the guns away from the citizenry must prevail over any other concern.
Sundown Joe called No Malarkey on Bloomberg and pointed out that Obama sent in "mediators" and/or "monitors" to stop Bloomberg's stop and frisk policy, but that Bloomberg continued it.
Bloomberg is only barely pretending to apologize for the policy. He basically said, "I'm apologizing because someone told me I'm supposed to but come on, you know we have to throw Those People up against the wall."
His "denouncing" of the very positions he used to affirmatively run on is so transparently insincere that he's almost honest.
I can't see Bloomberg winning the ticket when he's this much of a heretic on the main pillar of the Democrat Party, race-based identity politics and grievance famring

The only people not criticizing Bloomberg right now are the people paid by the media company he owns. https://t.co/irLpGRSFhp
