Kentucky Judge Accused of Having Threesomes in Judge's Chambers, Pressuring Subordinates Into Having Sex

A Kentucky judge has been accused of turning her chambers into a glorified frat house, having a threesome with staffers and allowing employees to get drunk on the job -- all while abusing her power to win re-election, according to reports.

The judge, Dawn Gentry, was hit with nine charges by the state’s Judicial Conduct Commission on Wednesday related to the Animal House antics, Cincinnati.com reported.

The trouble started when Gentry hired her band’s guitar player, Stephen Penrose.

Gentry and Penrose, a former pastor, proceeded to use the courthouse like a swingers' club, investigators allege.

The pair allegedly had a threesome with Gentry’s secretary, Laura Aubrey, according to the paperwork cited by Cincinnati.com.

The judge, who served on a panel to help abused children, also tried to seduce another member of the panel, Katherine Schulz, into having a second threesome, the report said.

Well, okay, she was into the "good kind" of threeways (2F, 1M) and not the sick, disgusting kind.

So I guess The Patriarchy didn't completely corrupt her.

This isn't the first time Dawn Gentry has made the news the past few months.

In October, it was reported that she had her own divorce records sealed in another county.

Dawn Gentry, a Kenton County Family Court Judge, wanted a divorce but didn’t want anyone to see the details.

The judge and her now ex-husband, who live in Kenton County, filed the divorce in Grant County, which is an hour away.

Then they got the file sealed; no one could read the documents that could be a window into public officials’'conduct. The Enquirer went to court and got a judge to unseal the records.

Divorce records, like most court records, are public by default. That's because all court proceedings are public matters unless a judge puts them under seal by request.

Now, I know everyone's wondering: Is she a 1 or a 0?

Well, based on the picture at that article, she's a 0.

It all depends on the hotness of the staffer she pressures to join the 3-way.

That witness, in her own sworn statement, explained how Gentry's behavior trickled down to the most vulnerable citizens seeking legal help -- abused children.

Clients became bystander victims as tension rose between the attorneys and the judge.

When attorneys didn’t do as Gentry asked, according to the complaints, they got kicked off or resigned from a legal panel that’s designed to give free help to children facing abuse. The attorneys tried to continue work with some clients and quickly transferred others to new attorneys. Gentry "thwarted" the efforts, according to Hummel and a sworn witness statement.

The witness is Katherine Schulz, who resigned from the panel in May. She wrote in her affidavit that she faced the judge's "wrath" when she rebuffed sexual propositions from the judge; she also said she saw others punished for not sufficiently supporting the judge, either politically or by showing up for performances by the judge’s band, South of Cincy.

Hummel said he was pushed out of his job on the panel after 10 years and was replaced by someone who donated quadruple the amount he did to Gentry's campaign. He told The Enquirer the judge later dragged her feet on signing documents that would have helped hundreds of children who were his clients.

The claim is that she pressured this woman to have sex with her own husband, I suppose, maybe?, to help her in her divorce?

Gentry wanted Schulz to seduce her husband in exchange for a higher paying position on the panel, according to the affidavit. Schulz refused, and expressed in the affidavit that she thought it was a joke until it was brought up on multiple occasions.

Schulz believed this was Gentry's way of looking to blame her husband, Brian Gentry, for their divorce.

Schulz alleges that Gentry later pressured her to join her 3-way with her ex-pastor guitarist.

That band must really rock.

The article describes Gentry's use of her power to bully and intimidate people.

It seems like another case of a sociopath seeking political power so that their criminal urges can have the blessing of official imprimatur.

We're seeing a great deal of that, aren't we?
