More Horowitz Hearing Catch-Up

Graham notes that IG found dossier was central and essential to securing wiretap on American citizens. Now explaining how that document was funded by Clinton/DNC and that FISA court was not told that. Neither were they told that dossier author was obsessed with defeating Trump.

Graham: primary subsource tells FBI "I disavow everything in there." After that, they use dossier "they now know to be a bunch of garbage." Describe intvw as subsource being "truthful and cooperative." Leave out his disavowal of claims.

Note well that even though the FBI and the deep state knew the Steele dossier was completely false and had been specifically repudiated by Steele's alleged primary source (who is almost certainly corrupt Russian oligarch and Steele's previous employer Oleg Deripaska) by no later than January 2017, they continued renewing the FISA applications, reincorporating claims about Steele's reliability they now knew to be 100% false, throughout Trump's first year in office.

This is "perpetrating a fraud on the court," and it's a crime.

Comey claimed the report vindicated him. Horowitz said no one mentioned in it was vindicated. Also, Graham threatens the FISA court that unless they do not punish this clear fraud appropriately, the court will reveal itself to be corrupt and in need of reform if not abolition.

One point that Cornyn made was that CIA officers claim that they go up to the line but not over the line in important cases.

I think that he meant to imply the following: These guys went up to the line and then over the line for a corrupt and illegal purpose (getting a political opponent). By doing so, they have destroyed the ability of the FBI and CIA to "go up to the line but not over the line," because now they will no longer be permitted that much latitude.

In other words: Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and Barack Obama have made it much more likely that Americans will be killed by terrorists because the FBI and CIA will need to be reigned in and cannot occasionally step over that line for a defensible purpose.
