Dorian Update: Storm May Hit Georgia and Carolinas ; Bahamanian Woman Takes 97 Dogs Into Her Home to Shelter Them From Storm

Florida is mostly spared, apart from heavy rain, but the storm threatens Georgia and the Carolinas, although it seems to be weakening and staying fairly far from landfall.
