Ambush? At Least Four Philadelphia Police Officers Shot by One or More Gunmen Firing Many Shots

There are only two options here:

This is either a "white supremacist" ambush, in which case we must militarize the government to "crush" this threat; or

it's an ambush of cops but not by white supremacists, in which case... meh. We'll just suck it up and never talk about this ever again.

At least four Philadelphia police officers were shot in the city's Nicetown section Wednesday afternoon, officials said, prompting a massive response to the North Philadelphia neighborhood. At least one suspect is in custody.

The officers crouched behind cars, blocked off surrounding streets and surrounded several nearby homes as the scene, described as an active shooting, unfolded.

Officials said at least four officers were shot and taken to the hospital. They have not yet revealed their conditions. Police also said at least one suspect is in custody though officers continue to search for a second.

The neighborhood is rated as an "F" in terms of crime and employment.

Soon we'll find out if this is a white supremacist crime which must be taken as a grave omen we must heed with utmost seriousness, or a funemployment-noncrime that it's racist to even discuss.
