Biden Falls Into Statistical Tie With Kamala Harris, 22-20; Warren and Sanders In Statistical Tie for Third Place, at 14% and 13%

The latest Quinnipiac University poll of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters showed Biden with 22 percent support and Harris with 20 percent -- a double-digit jump for her since the university's previous poll last month.

Sens. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Bernie Sanders of Vermont were in third and fourth place in the poll, with 14 percent and 13 percent, respectively. Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana, was in fifth, with 4 percent support.

No other candidate got more than 3 percent in the poll.

The poll, conducted June 28 to July 1, also showed that Harris had caught up with Biden in receiving support from black Democratic voters -- a bloc with which Biden has done well.

Earlier Joe Biden had tried to keep the black vote in his corner by tweeting out, seriously, a picture of a friendship bracelet with the names BARACK and JOE on it.

What's next? Pictures of him doing actual gay stuff to Barry?

Joey Paws is also not doing well in fund-raising -- he's behind Bootiejudge.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has raised $21.5 million since launching his White House bid in late April, his campaign said Wednesday. While Biden's haul will put him in the top tier of Democratic fundraisers, he lags behind Pete Buttigieg, a 37-year-old Indiana mayor who was virtually unknown a few months ago.

Buttigieg's campaign announced earlier in the week that he posted an eye-popping $24.8 million second-quarter haul -- a stunning sum for any candidate, let alone one who is so new to the national political stage.

Now that this is no longer a coronation, but a real fight, we'll see how dirty these guys get.

If you wonder why the media is suddenly doing negative stories about Joe Biden, who they treated like a White Savior for eight years from 2009 to 2017 -- well, it's because some of them are being fed oppo by Biden's opponents, and some of them just prefer Biden's opponents.

It's never about just-the-facts reporting; there's always a political agenda and some interest in advancing the Democrat Party with this crew.

We'll see if hit pieces about the others start to surface.
