Relatedly, apparently some leftwingers were pestering Rafer Weigel about why he only appeared on Fox News shows last night.

It turns out there was no conspiracy and no attempt by Rafer Weigel to curry favor with rightwingers: It's just that none of the leftwing "news organizations" bothered to invite on the reporter who's owned most breaks in this story.

Fancy that! That CNN and MSNBC weren't interested in covering the complete demolition of a story that their own employees pushed!

If they do indict Jussie Smollett, the virtue signaling by pathetic liberal-validation-craving biological female Seth Mandel, crying his weak and evasive eyes out over punishing this poor man for his "cry for help," will be visible from three billion light years away. Scientists estimate that his Twitter Virtue Signaling will have a luminosity on the order of magnitude of the SN 1006 supernova.

Sounds to me like someone isn't feeling secure that his current "magazine" will last very long and he's desperately trying to ingratiate himself to his next would-be liberal employer.
