Former "Republican" and John McCain Aide Turned MSNBC Host Nicolle Wallace: There Is No Strain of Racism on the Left
Before getting to that, let me link this totally unrelated story about the DNC finally disassociating itself from the anti-semitic, Louis Farrakhan lovin' thots of the so-called Women's March, but refusing to say why they're disassociating, and refusing to condemn their virulent antisemitism.
(And anti-white racism, of course, but apparently everyone is permitted, even encouraged, to be racist against whites, so I don't know why I brought that up. I should know my place. Racism isn't racism, and antisemitism isn't antisemitism, so long as a large enough bloc of the Democrat party is animated to go to the polls by it.)
The Jewish News Syndicate is reporting this morning that the Democratic National Committee has dropped its partnership with Women's March....
[T]he DNC would be following in the footsteps of a number of other groups who have distanced themselves from Women's March. Last week the Southern Poverty Law Center quietly dropped its support, though it refused to issue a statement condemning the anti-Semitism of the Women's March. Other groups that have stopped associating with Women's March include Emily's List, the National Council of Jewish Women, and Greenpeace.
...
It's looking like this has been confirmed but, as with the SPLC, the DNC is dropping out without saying anything about why or criticizing the Women's March at all.
So Niccole Wallace is either unaware of all this and thus is an incompetent and idiot who should be fired for inability to do her (easy) job, or she simply... agrees with the virulent antisemitism of the Women's March leadership, and deems a bit of Jew-Hating to be good for the soul.
I'll leave it to this backstabbing traitor to tell us which.
MSNBC anchor Nicolle Wallace said there is no strain of racism on the left the same day the Democratic National Committee had to pull out of the Women’s March because of an anti-Semitism scandal.
Wallace’s program "Deadline: White House" devoted a segment to Rep. Steve King’s remark about wishing "white supremacy" was not considered offensive. Republicans voted unanimously to condemn white supremacy today but Wallace was laser-focused on trashing every member of her former party for the comment.
"This does not have a parallel on the left. There just--it doesn't. There isn't. There isn't a strain of racism on the left. I don't--so I think that this gets brushed under the rug. People sort of tolerate--it's been normalized," Wallace said. "How do Republicans sort of get back to doing something decent?"
Matthew Miller, a former Obama official, answered that Republicans "would have to completely reinvent the party" in order to not be racist. "The problem they have is, this is not the message of the party," he argued, pointing to Republicans wanting to stop the migrant caravan as evidence.
This exchange completely ignored the anti-Semitism scandal that has been roiling the left ever since reports came out about Women’s March co-founders spreading conspiracy theories about Jewish people. Tamika Mallory and Bob Bland, two of the march’s leaders, had to appear on ABC’s "The View" Monday morning to defend the organization, but they did not denounce the man at the center of the controversy: Nation of Islam minister Louis Farrakhan.
Niccole Wallace, who until a few years ago was an important and respected member of the GOP Establishment, was recently spotted laughing about Antifa's restaurant harassment of actual Republicans.
MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace on Monday cracked that working in the Trump administration nowadays only has downsides, including not being able to eat at restaurants, drawing laughter from her panel.
Discussing the border security impasse between the White House and congressional Democrats that's led to the longest partial government shutdown in history, Wallace and her "Deadline: White House" panel ripped President Donald Trump's "abusive" treatment of his staff.
Wallace said she didn't feel sorry for embattled acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, who Trump reportedly castigated in front of Democratic leaders Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.).
"What is the attraction for people coming into the White House at this moment?" New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay asked.
Wallace called it a "resume buster."
"You need a lawyer...you can't eat at restaurants," Wallace said to laughter at the table.
"You can't eat at restaurants, you can't eat in peace," Gay said. "What is the attraction?"
