The Morning Rant
"Let's start the week off with a giant dose of stupid: According to the NY Times, some woman called the cops in July and accused the former head of the CDC of grabbing her butt at a private gathering back in October of 2017. Yes, she waited 8 months to sic the law on the guy. He even apologized after he did it. The Times doesn't identify the woman, but does say she's a big-time #MeToo crybully, so no surprise there. So the cops charge they guy with quote, forcible touching, third-degree sexual abuse and harassment, unquote and releases him on O.R. So I guess this means there's going to be a trial. For grabbing someone's hiney. Look, I'm not saying what he did was OK, but come on, it used to be that the way to deal with cads who helped themselves to the merchandise was a hard slap across the face followed by a loud 'How DARE you?' to let everyone else in the vicinity know what had happened and who did it. Feminists get all mad when you tell them this, though. They say women shouldn't have to put up with men who want to grab they hiney. True, but guess what, toots, we don't live in a perfect world, despite you dopey feminists trying to criminalize every known socially obnoxious behavior. So women need to stand up for themselves. Until we reach the feminist utopia where all women are strong and empowered and the men are placid and docile and never grab they hineys except the really hunky ones who are exempt from these rules and are allowed to aggressively grab womens' hineys because it makes the women feel wanted and that's totes OK because 'I want to be wanted only by the men I want to want me' has been encoded into our legal system."
