Giuliani: Mueller Has Informed Us That DOJ Rules Do Not Permit Them to Indict a Sitting President

This is a bullshit spin: This is their way of throwing the Democrats a life-preserver, spinning this as, basically, We have the evidence to indict you, but department rules prevent it on a technicality.

They claimed that Hillary did nothing wrong based on a technicality they invented, now they claim they could indict Trump, except that a technicality prevents it.
