!NOT PANICKING!: Nancy Pelosi Gets Unreasonably Aflutter Over #ReleaseTheMemo

Let me explain the !NOT PANICKING! meme. Last week or so, Mollie Hemingway remarked on Twitter that the DeepState was "panicking."

Well, the gay-for-guys-with-guns types, the #RespectAllAuthorityNoMatterHowIllegitimate NeverTrump types, began making fun of her for this assertion.

They really do love attacking her. For some of them, maybe it's because she's taking "their" TV shots and speaking gigs.

Maybe when she says something it's because she, like some other people, actually hear things before they're generally reported.

Maybe the NeverTrumpers have so alienated all the people with insight and knowledge about this story that they never hear these things beforehand, and are therefore always shocked and stunned to see another cherished assumption crumble with fresh reporting.

Maybe, despite posing as informed, well-connected Truth Warriors who know all that's going on, these idiots have retreated into an impermeable bubble of groupthink and exclusion of all dangerous outside information and in fact know very very little about what's going on, or what will soon be happening.

And maybe it's a constant embarrassment to them to be once again among the Last to Know.

Maybe. I don't know. I'm not smart enough to know everything like the NeverTrump savants are.

But they do love attacking her, for whatever reason.

So now the !NOT PANICKING! meme exists. Where you see people pushing the FakeNews RUSSIAN Collusion narrative obviously panicking, you say definitely !NOT PANICKING! to make fun of the gay-for-guys-with-guns, DeepState-Thirsty, I'm-totally-a-rebel-who-never-bucks-the-liberal-led-chain-of-command-or-disputes-the-liberal-conventional-wisdom NeverTrump cucks.

When Chris Cuomo suggested to Nancy Pelosi that maybe the release of the FISA Abuse memo wasn't the end of the world, she reacted, as John Sexton describes it,
with "a sense of jittery desperation and frustration," which is pretty much a synonym for totally !NOT PANICKING!

"Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI obviously, recently selected by President Trump, he got the memo," Cuomo pointed out, adding, "He could have come out and said'‘This is reckless, don't release it.'"

"Let me just say this with all due respect, you really don't know what you're talking about right now," Pelosi replied, clearly frustrated that Cuomo wasn't agreeing with her. She then argued that Christopher Wray was not in a position to know all that needed to be redacted in the memo. That may be true but the larger point remains, i.e. not everyone who has seen it is in a Pelosi-panic about its release.

Whoa, even John Sexton, who's both level-headed and a non-combatant in the Trump/NeverTrump wars, thinks Nancy Pelosi is in a panic -- which just proves all the more that the Democrats and DeepState (but I repeat myself) are !NOT PANICKING!
