Guy Prints Up Hilarious Parody "Quote" From Michael Wolff Book; A Blue Checkmarker Falls For It
Okay, at what point do you officially disbelieve this quote?
Well, this guy -- your Intellectual Better -- thinks it's real.
Scott Dworkin's twitter bio reads:
Co-Founder @TheDemCoalition. #AMJoy on MSNBC Contributor. I help lead #TheResistance. Obama Alum.
So, there you go.
Smart they are not.
Update: Noted expert about the nation of Peruvia, Toure, also fell for it. At least he thought it was really from the Wolff book, though he doubted the story, recounted by Wolff, was true:
Another one: This guy's an "Atlantic magazine contributor."
Update: People point out that this guy said the quote was "*literally* incredible" -- he seems to have been in on the prank, and was just sharing it so that others could enjoy it.
