Secretary of State Tillerson: Our Policy of "Strategic Patience" on North Korea Has Officially Ended

"Efforts toward North Korea to achieve peaceful stability over the last two decades have failed to make us safer," Tillerson said. He added, "Let me be very clear, the policy of strategic patience has ended. We're exploring a new range of diplomatic, security and economic measures. All options are on the table."

North Korea is again demanding the world pay attention to it by threatening its southern neighbor, and even the South Koreans -- usually very reluctant to antagonize their insane psychotic little brother because he'll destroy Seoul if he spazzes out enough -- are talking about escalation being inevitable.
