Trump's Worst Administration Pick Yet?

Anne Patterson, tireless defender of Obama Policy and the Muslim Brotherhood, nominated by Mattis to be the top civilian undersecretary at Defense.

WTF.

This is really horrible. Read the whole thing. I don't mind someone with different views acting as an adviser. But I don't want someone with these horrible instincts and beliefs in a position to screw over good people and block them from being hired, or block their intelligence and analysis from reaching decision-makers at the top.

Personnel is policy.

In 2013, even Foreign Policy, a publication notorious for always siding with establishment D.C., noted that Patterson was widely seen among Republicans "as the key implementer for a policy that at least offers tacit support to the Muslim Brotherhood."
Such is the person that General Mattis wants to place in a top Pentagon position.

I didn't go through an electoral season of being denigrated and threatened with purging for supporting Trump to sit back and watch him appoint Obama's Handmaidens into very senior positions.

Trump promised to drain the swamp, not jam it full of all of Obama's alligators.
