I'm no lawyer but I don't think he's gonna win unless Samsung decides to settle. He's a dumbass for continuing to use the phone a week after the voluntary recall had been initiated (we all got notices of the initial voluntary recall). Samsung sued after Galaxy Note7 'explodes' in pocket.
