The View Scrunts: Say, Do You Think That Judge Let Off the Standford Rapist Because They Were Culturally Similar to One Another...?

This is the point of my fury with the Hysterical Primadonnas of the #NeverTrump brigade: they pretend that this sort of question is completely over the line and utterly unprecedented, when the fact actually is that the left -- and, actually, people generally -- engage in this sort of political-stereotyping-based-on-class-and-racial-markers all the time.

If you want to state your objections to the practice, do so, but do not go on to pretend this isn't commonplace in the hyper-racially-aware America of 2016, and do not do so without noticing that not only is this standard practice on the left, it's recommended practice -- the left holds that any "good" minority does in fact bias his judicial decisions, jury verdicts, and political reporting to be solicitous of, and in solidarity with, the political interests of his race.

Object to it as you will -- but do not lie and pretend this isn't Standard Operating Procedure in Obama's America.

Here's the stupid leftist ladies of the View engaging in a Trumpian analysis of the Standford judge, then realizing how much they sound like Trump, and then quickly trying to find any sort of claimed distinction from what Trump did (which is bad) and what they're doing (which is good and right).

Whoopie Goldberg has this for a conclusion: A judge with any kind of ethnic/cultural kinship with a party in a trial has to know that this will be brought up, and so the judge should make sure his decision comes down the right way, that is, comes down the way Whoopie Goldberg thinks it ought to come down, to avoid having this charge stick.

And yet, the Hysterical Shrieking Ninnies of the PC #NeverTrump Brigades piously tell us that what Trump did is just entirely inconceivable.
