Let me kindly spoil the deflating outcome: while the reactive bullets perform spectacularly against a watermelon (a soft target), they do no damage at all to a cinder block (a hard target).
So they are very cool to look at and can do a lot of damage to a soft liquid target. But no one's going to start loading sodium/potassium rounds.
