British asks parents to help their four-year-old children "pick" their gender.

In England, the city of Brighton and Hove is making history in terms of political correctness. Parents of children preparing to enter the school system received a letter informing them that they needed to be cautious when filling out their child’s registration forms and not rush into anything complicated like identifying whether they were boys or girls. You see, that's a really complicated question these days and you need to help your children "pick" which gender they want to be.

You need to shut up now.

National Review and the new Social Justice Warrior-fighting blog Heatstreet got emails from the University of Missouri during the protests, and they depict mass bullying and threats of violence. From, of course, the people claiming to be oppressed.

On Oct. 7, as the protests had started to pick up steam, a student wrote to the chancellor describing her encounter with a group of Black Lives Matter supporters.

"Everyone has freedom of speech and expression," she wrote, "but this was a large group of people. I know '’m not alone in saying that I felt very unsafe and targeted when I encountered them," describing "people screaming at me from the sidewalk." She wrote that "all lives matter and discrimination should be fought against," but she feared "that group brought more division, hostility and discrimination than that one man [yelling racial slurs] could have."

I'm going to go ahead and guess the slurs were being shouted by those allegedly protesting slurs. But they can't be racist.

The university grew concerned at the increasingly confrontational, harassing "protests" that intruded into dining halls and the like.

That same day, a parent wrote to the heads of the university on behalf of her daughter, who she said was so frightened she was trying to transfer out of the university.

"My white female student is being mobbed on her way to class and shouted at while being pushed claiming she’s a racist solely because of the color of her skin. … In the last 2 days she's had 3 cancelled classes so her teachers could participate in this nonsense. So we’re paying for our child's teachers to protest instead of educate?" she wrote.

More at the link, including videos of the harassment, and threats to escalate into violence.

Finally, according to Newsweek (though this link is to Hot Air), the movement to end "period shaming" is going "mainstream."
