Megyn Kelly: Yes I Met With Donald Trump for An Hour Yesterday

She says the meeting was at "her request" to "clear the air" and to discuss a possible future interview.

Meanwhile, she was booed on Hannity's show, when Hannity interviewed MISTER Trump for the 64,000th time. And neither man seemed to particularly object to that.

Megyn Kelly's contract is coming up for renewal. She says she might sign with someone other than Fox. Allah (linked above) has repeatedly suggested that the lack of support she feels from Fox may cause her to jump ship.

I think it would be best if she did. Not because I dislike her. But because the only position I think she'd take would be a prominent one at a network -- including, maybe, the anchor chair. (Though I don't think anyone would offer that.) She says she does not like working mornings and hates rising early so I don't think someone could induce her to be a gabber on one of the silly morning chit-chat shows.

So probably part of some network newsmagazine.

Megyn Kelly is an establishment type, obviously, and a bit RINOy. Nevertheless, she's pretty fair and does seem to lean the Republican way on a great many issues.

The possibility that Kelly could colonize a prominent network with her heretical views would be good for conservatism overall. Seizing prominent enemy positions is the goal of any army that's doing more than perimeter patrolling.

Of course, she could also be co-opted, and find that pleasing her new liberal friends is more important to her than whatever ideas she previously had (such as holding Obama and Hillary to account on all their scandals).

Still, I see a lot of upside potential there.
