Bret Baier: Some Republicans (No Doubt The Establishment) Really Will Vote for Hillary Over Trump

Part of this, I would say, is due to their belief that Trump would be a bad president who would hurt both Americans and hurt the Republican Party.

But part of this is simply about control -- this is Our Thing, and if we don't get to stay in charge, we'll burn the whole thing down.

"Listen, there are Republicans in Washington who are privately saying that already," Baier told TheWrap on Monday. "Maybe some don't publicly say it, but I think there are some who are that adamant about it who would."

Privately? Hell, they're talking about it publicly, on videotape. In this week's The Circus (a Showtime show about the campaign, shot and cut each week as it unfolds), several big Republican donors and unwise men were openly discussing voting for Hillary (see video below).

I guess now they understand the journey may of us have come to ourselves -- except we are insisting they do what they say, whereas they are insisting on their right to continue lying.
