Trump Threatens Frivolous Lawsuit Over Ted Cruz Ad

Trump had a press conference to announce he might sue over the Cruz ad, posted below. What his legal theory would be is unclear, apart from harassment, because, obviously, you cannot be sued for reporting what someone said in the past.

Cruz had his own press conference and announced he welcomed the suit, and that were it lodged, he would depose Donald Trump himself.

Donald Trump then made various animal noises.

He is a liar and these ads and statements made by Cruz are clearly desperate moves by a guy who is tanking in the polls -- watching his campaign go up in flames finally explains Cruz’s logo.
If I want to bring a lawsuit it would be legitimate. Likewise, if I want to bring the lawsuit regarding Senator Cruz being a natural born Canadian I will do so. Time will tell, Teddy.

Update: Trump spokesgal Katrina Pierson claims on Greta that Cruz's attack ads "have already caused a suicide" by a Missouri politician. Update: Or, attack ads like Cruz's have caused suicides. Who knows. It was a confusing claim from a confused person. There was a lot of gibberish and nodding.
