Yes: Bernie Sanders Threatens Legal Action Against DNC Over Their Sanctions Against Him
A vendor supplies voter information to the DNC, who then forwards it to the candidates. The software allows each campaign to make its own notes about a particular voter. This information is supposed to be secret, viewable only by the campaign who prepared it.
However, a software glitch permitted Sanders to see the other campaigns' notes on voters. He fired one staffer for viewing the information; it is claimed four accounts associated with his campaign searched Hillary's notes, however.
Sanders says he informed the DNC of this glitch when it happened a month ago.
However, the DNC, which is so in the bag for Hillary it schedules debates only when it knows people won't be watching (did you know there's a debate scheduled for tomorrow night, the Saturday before Christmas? Does anyone you know know about it?), has sanctioned the Sanders campaign by denying them the information it provides to all Democrat candidates.
The Haggard Queen, apparently, was wrathful, and she demanded supplication from her minions. They delivered.
Now Sanders says he may sue the DNC if they do not restore his access to the voter files.
Bernie Sanders' campaign on Friday threatened to take the Democratic National Committee to federal court if the party organization doesn't restore access to a crucial voter database.
...
The DNC database is a goldmine of information about voters and being blocked from it could complicate Sanders' outreach efforts. The timing is also challenging, just weeks before Clinton and Sanders are slated to compete in the Iowa caucuses.
And coming the day before a Democratic debate, the developments fueled a long-held belief in the Sanders camp and among his allies that the DNC has stacked the deck in favor of Clinton....
"The DNC, in an inappropriate overreaction, has denied us access to our own data," [Sanders spokesman Jeff] Weaver said. "In other words, the leadership of the Democratic National Committee is actively trying to undermine our campaign ... If they hold our data hostage, we will be in federal court this afternoon seeking immediate relief."
He added, "The DNC is clearly acting in a heavy-handed way, in an unprecendented way. I would like to see another instance where a presidential campaign had their data -- their own data -- withheld under similar circumstances."
Bernie Sanders has thusfar refused to attack Hillary.
Is it time?
Answer: No. Bernie Sanders is not mounting a serious candidacy. It's an ego candidacy and advertisement for the accelerated socialization of American government, but he does not expect to win nor does he think he can impose full socialism this year. This is part of a multiyear project, so he will continue blowing kisses to Hillary.
