Mass Shooting at Community College in Oregon, At Least 15 Dead, 20 Injured
Shooter Down

The shooter is still active.

It occurred at Umpqua Community College, in a town called Roseburg, Oregon.

A local TV station's livestream coverage is here

Police are now confirming 15 dead. They are currently saying they don't know if the shooter is active, or how many injured there are, but previous claims have been that it's an active shooter situation, and that at least 20 were injured (in addition to the at least 15 dead).

Shooter Down. The live coverage just mentioned that the shooter was "down," and now comes this tweet:

The reporters are more emphatic that the shooter is indeed down. They say that chatter over emergency radio is reporting "Code 4," which means the shooter is no longer a threat.
