I think Rush Limbaugh said he was thinking about buying them, and donating them to the FBI.

Of course, he can't do that -- the Espionage Act forbids Limbaugh from having classified info in his possession. And of course buying it.

See, Hillary's Mom and Pop Server Company can have it, but not Rush.

So... no one can actually take this hacker up on his offer, except foreign intelligence services, who of course already have her emails.

And as for donating them to the FBI: I'm not sure what the point would be. I have a bad feeling that, at the end of the day, Hillary is Too Big To Fail and would be protected, by a presidential pardon, if necessary.

Okay... This is sounding a little more bullshitty now (and it already sounded kinda bullshitty).

The hacker says he's turned over the emails to the FBI.

The person who hacked into Hillary Clinton‘s email server has pulled the emails off the block and turned them over to the FBI, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"After speaking with my lawyers" the hacker told Radar exclusively, "I was advised I could not legally sell these, and to get rid of them and turn in everything I had to FBI."

He doesn't say he negotiated some kind of immunity grant for himself, first? And how could that possibly be executed so quickly?

I guess we'll have to wait to hear from the FBI if any of this happened. I guess I've gone from "may be bullshit" to "almost certainly bullshit."
